Who says reservation CM's don't care anymore?

I just got off the phone with the nicest CM, Henry. I was calling to add requests to my Hilton Head Island reservation because the last CM hung up on me before I could do so.
He was so friendly and funny, we were laughing for a good ten minutes. He said I was the first person to ever request a marsh view, was I sure there really was such a thing? Then he broke out into song--Somewhere Over the Rainbow. I asked if Judy Garland was in the house and he said "Yes, actually she is. She sits on my desk in a little glass tube, with the Emerald City as her background."
This guy was great. Made me forget about the last CM I had talked to. Before we hung up he said "Thanks Elis-a-beth! You really made my day."
This was not MS though, I made the ressie using a Disney Visa code.
I know there are more good stories out there. Let's hear them.

Member Services, I had a great experience with a CM.

After he verified my ID, he asked if he could call me by my first name. I said, "Of course."

He then broke out in the song Woody from Cheers sang to his girlfriend on the show..."Kelly Kelly Kelly Kelly Kelly..."

And I broke out in laughter. I thought "Hey, this DVC is even better than I expected." Alas, it was the only serenade I've received as a member, but all my calls have been excellent nonetheless.

I wish I could remember his name. He was great.
