Who pays maintenance fees if the 2021 points are used?

Looking at some resale contracts and one has 2020 points but no 2021. If I buy this does Disney still bill me maintenance fees in Jan 2021?

Maintenance Fees are based on calendar year (CY). You would be billed in December 2020 for CY 2021 MFs.

You would need to negotiate with the seller if you want them to cover some or all of the CY 2021 MFs.

Disney will bill you as the new owner. You need to ensure you receive a credit in the purchase terms of your contract for point used before your purchase.
