I lived in the same house except for college until I got married. Then we rented 7 blocks away for a couple of years. Since then we have owned 3 houses--one in that town, two in this town (right across the river from my parents--about 5 min, 4 miles). My parents still live in the house they built in 1958, and believe it or not have had the same next door neighbors the whole time!

I lived in the same town, Cape May NJ for 21 yrs, moving around a few times. In Sept of 99, My DH and I moved to FL. Since in FL, we have lived in Orlando area, and 2 different places in Lakeland, which is where we are now, in our house.
Moved next town over from where both DH and I grew up. This is the second time since married I moved though, first to the south then to the west both about 5 miles from house I grew up.
I have lived here in Marietta all my life. I moved to different houses 4 times with my parents, and now my husband and I share an apartment that is also in Marietta. I really think it's a great place to live. I like being close to a big city, but far enough away that it's calmer.
I live in the next town over from where I grew up (5min. away). My dad still lives in the house I grew up in so I go there all the time. I just came home from being there.
There is a DISer out there who lives in the first brand new house my parents had built, I lived in it from 1976ish until 1982. Not just the same area, city, neighborhood, but this DISer lives in the actual house!
I grew up in North Jersey, in the same house until my senior year of high school. After graduating, moved to PA. After I got married, DH and I lived in upstate NY for 3 years, then moved back down to PA. We've been in PA 14 years.
I have lived in the same house since birth which was about a 5 minutes walk from my grandparent's house ( house my mom grew up in ) . the funniest thing is I still find myself looking to check on my grandparents old house even though I know its no longer in the family
