Who likes 2nd floor consierge?

I see quite a few posts that people are requesting 1st and 3rd floors in consierge. Does anyone request 2nd floor. Who usually gets this floor , is it pot luck? Is it a little less expensive, ie is this the floor you would get with a code?Hope this makes sense.

The second floor concierge at the Poly doesn't have balconys, that's why not many people request it. I have read trip reports, though, where people said they enjoyed being on the second floor and close to the lounge, since it is on the second floor. I don't think it has anything to do with codes where you get a room in the building.

It's the same price. It's pot luck. A lot of people with younger children request 2nd floor so they don't have to worry about their children getting onto the balcony or patio and for convenient access to the lounge.

Try checking in as early as you can and you may have a better chance of getting the floor you want.
