Not for a lack of trying to get them involved on my part, but they just "don't see the point"... mostly because I've already done the planning and things go like clockwork, and they seem to think that's all pixie dust.
I've forced them to each tell me at least 6 and a half months in advance 1 TS restaurant they want to eat at during the trip, and if there are any special events, parties, etc they want to go to. From there, I figure it out and tell them what I have planned. They listen, smile, nod, and them promptly forget everything I've told them. They then spend the majority of the trip asking me what we're doing "today" and "tomorrow".
I thought it would be interesting to see who actually does the WDW planning in your families. I do everything for us. DH just goes along with whatever I have planned.

I do everything and I'm happy to do it!![]()
All my wife has to do is make sure she gets the time off from work. She has NEVER called MS. I book the flights, buy the APs, book the rooms, make the ADRs, etc.
