We toured with Bill Fuqua a couple of years ago, but ended up buying resale a couple of months ago. I was surprised to receive a call from him recently welcoming us to DVC and asking us to call if we ever needed anything before our upcoming vacation in May or while we were there. I thought it was a very nice touch from a salesperson who's been class-act so far!

How do you change your guide?

When I added on at an event at Disney earlier this month, I worked with Amil. I have worked with him in the past and decided that I would like to have him as my guide. I asked him if it was possible, and had to speak with his manager to get it done. I just put in a verbal request, and the manager put in for it.

I'm not sure how you would do it from home, though, but I'm guessing you can just call and inquire about it.
