Our guide got promoted as well a year ago and yes they do assign you a new g uide. If you call into member services they will tell you who your new guide is.
It seems the real good guides get promoted.

Started out with Al Lewis in 2008 when I first bought in. One day I got a phone call from Jeannine Koski, who advised that Al is no longer with DVC and she is my new guide. I've done both add-ons with Jeannine and she was wonderful.
