Randy Kruger. I've spoke to him on the phone once a couple weeks ago and then received my book and dvd by fedex two days later. He was nice and even included a DVC coloring book for DS. Maybe they all do that, but he had asked if I had children. I thought it was a nice touch.

Our guide is Roland Lammers and we have never met him. When we purchase DVC in 02 our guide was Arnoud. He left the company and we got Roland.

We have gone on the tour with our cousins and Arabella was the guide and she was great. I wish she was our guide. At least I'd know who I'm getting mail from
