We "had" Jonathan Santerre (who we really liked) and then were told about a year ago, that he has moved into another position? DVC didn't really give us much information. We were reassigned to Jeannine Koski, but have been getting some information from Vicki Lowry. Its all good!

Our guide is now Kim Ziemak...she is based on LI in the DVC sales center there...... her....I visited the sales center in Roosevelt Field...and requested a new guide...our first guide Diane Henry...who was wonderful left when she got married...the guide we were assigned to who will remain nameless..not so much.....Kim has been wonderful as well.

Kim is also our guide. We were originally assigned to someone in Orlando but we had met with her years ago and decided not to join up. After meeting with Kim we were really comfortable and signed up. We had our account reassigned to her at our signing.
