Vern, I like his clean lines and use of not too much color.

Edward -- his neo classic looks are very similar to my home!

Worse: Hildi, Doug and Kristy. I would add Barry but he's so adorable! I think Hildi has become the comic relief. Genevieve and Laurie make me ill just to listen to them go on and on with their girlie stuff, and I'm not in love with Frank's stuff though I like him alot.

Vern is definitely my fav! I guess because he is also an architect, he knows what visually works! Like Robin says, "he has clean lines" in his designs.

It would depend on which room I'm redecorating.

For the living room, Vern
For the kitchen, Laurie
For the bedroom, either Gen or Kia would be ok because they usually have romantic designs. But Gen's moss wall and Kia's hanging bed both scared me.
Frank would be great for my play room. I think he has such cute ideas but for the kids.

I like some of what Doug and Kristy do. But Kristy's paper bag room was just as bad as Hildi's cardboard. As for Hildi, what can you say? She completely ruins any room she's in. I thought the flowered bathroom was bad but the cardboard room...YIKES! That was horrible! My kids would take their crayolas to it and I'd be SOL. How the heck do they clean those walls after she's done with them?

I absolutely LOVE Ty! My SIL met him when he was in Pittsburgh and she says he's the nicest guy too. Nice and good looking...be still my heart!

Vern definitely for a living space, he always seems to create a classy ut functional room. I miss him this season - where is he?

I love Frank but would only let him loose on a play space like entertainment room, play room or may enclosed patio. I would hate to see a giant chicken or mermaid painted on my wall.

I do like Kristi but mostly her more recent stuff, she did a deep red/marron dining space I loved.

Keep Hildi, Doug and Laurie away from my house - no feathers, no box cars and I hate yellows and golds.

I must have missed Kristy's paper bag room---what did she do?

The room she did with the two gay guys was interesting---like, why didn't you test this beforehand?? She even said something like "This is the first time I have done this..."

LOL about kids coloring on the cardboard walls---mine would too.
