Who is your favorite Music Group or Singer?

Matchbox Twenty is my favorite group.

I also really like Good Charlotte.

I'll be a fan of The Mavericks 'till I die! (Even though they don't exist anymore :( )

Great to see all the Aerosmith fans here! They are my absolute favorite. Now you know where my screen name came from. Kid Rock and Sammy Hagar are my other favorites.

ragdoll,

i'm in ohio too, have seen the boys at old richfield colisium, blossom, gund, polaris and a a few others out-of-state. i think ohio must have a million aerosmith fans and i'm proud to be one of them!

Lisa, I travel out of state to see them too. However, as much as I love them I will not be seeing them this tour. I refuse to pay that much money to see a shortened set because they are touring with Kiss. Hopefully they will soon be touring on their own in support of their new Blues album that they will be releasing soon. Are you in the fanclub? I post on that message board with the screen name Aeromagic. That one combines my two favorite things-Aerosmith and the Disney Magic!

OK - call me a throwback:

I love Elvis and Dean Martin - soooo sexy!!

I throw in a little Louis Prima or Pavarotti once in a while to get really crazy:p

And since I know you're wondering... I'm under 40 (barely - but hey, I'm under!)

Like you guys Brers in the bottom of your posts. Wish Disney liked them just as much.

Anyway, I got a bunch and they are real diverse.
Boz Scaggs and Aerosmith cause they were with me while I was learnin to drive. I remember when Lido Shuffle and Sweet Emotion were on the charts. I was 10-11 at the time but we lived in the country so it was safe on the roads. I would be scared out of my wits these days. Where have all the good times gone. Now I get my kicks at WDW!

Elton John cause he was the epitomy of 70s radio, then he reinterested me with his Disney connection. Can you feel the Love tonight. Also Kiss, but I was younger and more influenced then. Still like them for the nostalgia of it.

Boston cause they had the coolest sound of that time. Its been such a Long Time.

Van Halen. Man, Eddie Van Halen took that guitar places we had never been before. Liked everything they did until they turned serious. I would still love to hear him with some new but looser fun material. I think he still has it in him.

I like country, real country though like George Jones, Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap, Ricky Scaggs. The Dixie Chicks are impressive also.

These days I like to listen to Christian contemp like Michael W Smith and Third Day.

Told ya I was diverse!

I love Relient K! I'm completely addicted to their cd's.

I change my mind about my favorite bands and singers all the time...I'll listen to the same cd on repeat over and over again and then get tired of it and move on to something different. Lately I'm really liking the All-American Rejects.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add Pink to my list. I really like the songs she writes and her voice too.

Can I have a 4-way tie?

Stevie Nicks
Fleetwood Mac
Billy Joel
Phil Collins

:teeth:

Not that I need to say it....because it is noted in my signature but my favorite is
BON JOVI !!!!! :teeth:

I love the Pogues too, but my new current favorite is Flogging Molly. I alsolove G. Love & Special Sauce.

ok, let's see *rolls up sleeves*

AFI (a fire inside [been a fan WAY b4 they made it big])
koRn
Godsmack
The Ramones
Type O Negative
Harry Connick Jr.
Rage Against The Machine
Jack Off Jill
Head Planet Earth
Flogging Molly
Furious George
and lots lots more...

I'm a HUGE Vinyl Record fan, I collect vinyls from as many bands as I can, and I've got tons of weirdies & oldies, like Led Zeppelin's III with the spinwheel cover!

Debster,

Your list read of all the bands I sam many times while in college & in my early 20s (those were the days) - although then & now I also loved X (the band not the drug...) & I too would pay good money to see Bono do just about anything. (1983 at the Orpheum he climbed up into my balcony box - ooh, ooh)

I do love Pink too. The new Guster is great and so is that song by Evanesence. (as I said favorite change week to week - though some stay perennially on the list.)

Satine---

Oh yeah, it rocks! I got to see them on their last tour (the pop sux tour) and it was great. I wasn't down in the pit like I usually am, but I got free VIP seats, so I couldn't complain.
