Who is the Yacht Club General Manager?

Is Sam Pensula the Yacht Club General Manager? We were at the Beach Club last summer, and Sam was the GM at the BC. I was just wondering if that means that he is also the GM at the Yacht Club, and if he is still there?

Yes, Sam is ' De Man' for both YC/BC.
