who is the hardest character to have yor photo taken with or obtain an autograph from?

It has to be Daisy for us... She always runs away the minute we see her:sad1:

For us it was her boyfriend - Donald Duck - who kept showing us his bum every time we tried to get closer:confused3

I would have to say Stitch.

At DLP he was in "naughty" mode and kept running off and was chased by all the kids before my DD finally got him to sign his autograph and have a photo taken and then he stole her hat, put it on and then ran away with it!

At WDW Stitch and Lilo were very impressed with DD's pen. It was the type with lots of colours and you click which colour you want and it had a star on top with beads in. They spent ages playing with the pen and shaking it. They both wrote their names with each letter in a different colour! I don't think the rest of the queue were very amused as the CM then said we were the last family until they changed characters over. We had a fantastic interaction though and the official photographer kept taking photos of Lilo, Stitch and DD (even I was in some!). We must have been there a good 10-15 minutes. :yay:

It's a good job Stitch is one of my DD's favourite characters.

Captain Hook is fabulously rude as is the Sheriff of Nottingham.

Just remembered last summer The Queen of Hearts would only sign autographs to the polite kids who said "please" a lot of times.

Gotta be Captain Jack Sparrow pirate: ~ we saw him once from a distance but by the time we got there he had gone, never to be seen again. :sad2:

Second for Donald - he lept into his buggy and drove off!

pooh!

he doesn't make appearance so often and when he comes, well everyone 's pushing so hard, it's a nightmare to try to approach

I managed to achieve the much sort after "Uncle of the Year Award" :cool1: last November by getting for my Niece the best autograph of all (as far as she is concerned anyway).

Ladies and Gentlemen I (Uncle of the Year 2007) get her the autograph of ...... wait for it .......

Tinkerbell :cheer2:

And bless the little fairy's heart she also sent a Tink fluffy pen, gift bag, little note on Tink paper. And got us the autographs of all the princesses and a photo of them all with Mickey infront of the castle.

And losts of Pixie Dust!

Which all resulted in must kudos, hugs, kisses and screaming from my slightly over obsessed Niece. Along with much tears from myself, the cast members of Town Hall, my DW and Nieces Mum and Dad (my DS and DBIL).

Now you can all go ahead and tell me that Tink is dead easy to get and you have all done it before a million times.

But it was a special one for us.

Thanks

Crim

How the hell did you manage that????

I would say Jack Sparrow...never seen him there! and.....

Donald who????

How the hell did you manage that????

I did cheat slightly! :rolleyes1

I went to visit City Hall (without said neice just incase of dissapointment) and asked if it was possible to get Tinks autograph and they said no. So I said not to worry, but my Neice was a huge Tink fan and it would really make her Disney trip magical and would be a really special memory for everyone, but never mind.

The lady at City Hall then said, if it would make our stay more magical then she would see what could be done. If we left the autograph book with them for a few hours they MAY be able to get hold of Tink.

Christy (Niece) agreed to leave the book behind and three hours later we returned to City Hall to pick up the book, autographs, photos, pens etc. and lots of tears.

I think it is amazing that Disney CMs go the extra mile to make a memory more special. :thumbsup2

And it just goes to show, asking nicely and a bit of old fashioned charm goes a long way.

Oh wow that's fantastic and what a lovely idea! i would def give you uncle of the year for that even if you aren't my uncle!

I may bear that in mind when going for auntie of the year award....

awwwww! wow i would love Tinkerbells autograph...i would love to meet her full stop.

I couldn't understand for a few minutes why Eeyore wouldn't sign my daughter's autograph book and then realised that he physically can't hold a pen. Got some lovely photos though

Gaston (twice and he winked at me:lovestruc), Cruella and Maleficent, after the Halloween villians show. I had to be at the front of the stage over a half hour before the show and than be pushed by the crowds behind trying to get in front of me through the whole show. I even had one boy try to crawl between my legs after being told to by his father. :scared1:

Mel

Buzz Lightyear - he couldn't sign and didn't have a stamp like at WDW...:sad1:
