Who is staying where/when for Free Dining this September?

We are staying at ASM frm the 12th of Sept -20th.

We were originally booked at the AOA Finding Nemo Suite but had to change to the Cars Suite to get the free dining - not a problem with the savings we will get I am not concerned about the décor

I've read a lot of posts about people having to change rooms or resorts to gt FD. Why???

Only certain resorts/rooms are eligible for FD. FD is offered to fill empty rooms. If a resort is already at close to capacity, that resort will be excluded from FD. Same goes for room only discounts too.

That is normal with any discount: they are done to fill resorts.

We'll be staying at The Wilderness Lodge from September 16-23rd!

Originally had a woods view but those were sold out so they upgraded us at no cost to courtyard view king bed in addition to the free dining!

So excited - first time we'll be staying at a deluxe resort since we're normally at riverside - we'll miss POR but think we'll definitely enjoy WL!

That was so nice of them to upgrade you to courtyard view for free at WL. It cost me an extra $143. This is the second time we have stayed here.
