1st I was on hold for 26 minutes, then when she got on the phone she sadi that there are "no rooms" available for the pkg @ WL (I have a ressie for 9/26-10/4, so I am changing my ressie for 9/22-10/1 ...I can't believe that there are "no rooms" available for the pkg @ this hotel!! in 26 minutes!! I'm calling back & getting someone else. (Even though I did make ressie for CB) I WANT WL...and it makes them more $$$

It may be that WL is already close to being filled for those dates so they don't need to offer the Free Dining package for it... people will pay to stay there regardless of free dining or not...

I called and changed my current reservation. I just gave her the code and she updated my reservation number. I still have the same reservation number. We are staying at a deluxe resort. I was off the phone within 5 minutes. I'm glad I got someone that knew what she was doing.

ZHQ is the code some CM don't need it others do. Also you most have Disney visa or call back on the 12th.

My DH was on hold for an hour and15 minutes before he got through, so hang in there! He made it all the way to work and was sitting in his car so he wouldn't lose his signal!

Waited 75mins. finally through.
We got our ress. for aug. 26 - 29 at AKL. The woman I spoke with was very slow and didn't seem to know what was going on. I had to give the code.

The problem we now have is what to do with the one day tickets. We will be at WDW the week before and are getting annual passes with a DVC dicount.
Does anyone know if you can save these tickets for a later visit?

I got thru after 1hour 30 minutes on hold. The ladie i spoke with was very helpful and courteous. We had an existing reservation hold at PC. It took about 5 - 7 minutes. Done

She changed the ressie for us no problem to Poly w/FREE DINING.

If you are still on hold good luck and I hope you talk with Kinsey, she was great!!
