Those that have existing ressies- what hotel are you at?
Maybe my problems is I am at a deluxe and not a value....

Yes, I do happen to be staying at POP....the lady I worked with did not even ask me for a code, just the first couple digits of the card to verify I had one....and then she said she adjusted my reservation to include the dining and my confirmation number would still be the same....I then went onto wdw main site, and logged in. It is showing the new 200 deposit, but I do not see w/ Dining mentioned anywhere..so i'm sure this will have me scared for a while now....

I'm on hold now using the 800 number. I did get a CM who started to make my ressie for me but when she found out I have 8 in my party, she had to transfer me to "grand gatherings".

I got through and made ressies for 2 connecting rooms at POP for 9/16-9/26. As she was finishing up my call, the CM stated that there were 125 calls on hold. Be patient and keep holding!

Well- I am still on hold after having made a contact with someone. I don't know if she just forgot about me and is moving on to someone else or WHAT. I am getting PO'd!!!

Anyone know the min amount of days you have to book? Is it three as mentioned before?

I am so pissed.
We are traveling 8/24-31
I can not book my 2 days and then the 5 nights during the promo- THey are saying i have to buy a park pass for each separate "package"- and it will actually cost me more this way.
I thought many people did this last year....??

I called and changed my current reservation. I just gave her the code and she updated my reservation number. I still have the same reservation number. We are staying at a deluxe resort. I was off the phone within 5 minutes. I'm glad I got someone that knew what she was doing.

Last year I made to seperate reservations. The first was a room only, you dont need to have park tickets for that one. Just pay oop for your food. You will not be able to go to the parks unless you have old passes. Then book he remaining part of your stay as a package with free dining. Hope this helps. I have to wait till Thursday to see if we can get free dining with part of our travel dates. We are going Aug 19-31 so we will be doing two seperate packages ourselves.
