Kirstie, what a story. I am so proud of you for getting through it and doing it with a 3rd place! I am so dismayed by all you had to go through. You are an amazing woman. I'm also glad you've got a great husband and support system in place for you.

You are definitely a strong woman. I know I would not have pushed through all the obstacles you endured.

Fashionista311: by any chance is your mom Sherry? I know she is not a WISHer but she has been my FB buddy and virtual training partner since I first learned I made the lottery. I know out of over 43,000 people the chances are slim, but i just had to ask.

i guess chances aren't that slim because that's my mom small world huh? i told her she should come on here!

Just jumping i here to ask a question. I haven't read through all the pages so I hope I'm not repeating anything.

I went to sign up for the lottery and realized it was $185 if accepted.
#1 do you only get charged if you get accepted? Why would they need my credit card info now.

#2. when do you find out if you're in?

#3. My sister said for that amount of money they must have awesome goodie bags....is this true??

You get charged the $11 handeling fee now, and if you get in they then take the $185.

They have changed the time line this year, I think you find out end feb / mar.

The goodie bag was : Atch long sleeve top, pen, hand sanatizer, an NY apple and bottle of water......I don't think anything else??
