Wow, Syko, that's terrible! They took it from my account back in June when I first got notified. I hope they haven't done it again. (don't have online banking so i don't know). I wonder if it had something to do with the 2 different bib numbers you had. Mine stayed the same. Hope you are able to get it resolved quickly.

Turns out that the disabled athletes where charged twice.
It happend because we had to go through two lotterys, and they charged us both times.
We are going to get our money back, but it could take up to the marathon to get it!!!
If it has not turned up br the 2nd we can call again.

Syko - That's so horrible that happened. What an inconvenience and who needs that stress before the marathon?

So you all know I will be at the 61st & 1st Ave water stop cheering you all on. I'm the first stop over the 59th St bridge here in Manhattan. I don't have a WISH shirt yet. Maybe it'll get here by then and I could wear it? Don't know, but I'll take down your number and be there to cheer you on.

If you have an idea of what time you might be at my water stop send it over and i'll make a note to be on the lookout for each one of you.

Hope the weather on that day is just like today. It was perfect to run tonight. 53 degrees and a slight breeze. So Gorgeous.

Thanks so much for volunteering, Jane. I will definitely be the last WISHer to pass by. I am bib number 62607....very last wave, next-to-the-last corral!

My wave starts at 10:20am and I figure I will cross the start at around 10:25.
Using a 15-min pace, I should hit 15 Mile marker at around 2:10pm....hope that helps! I'll be wearing my WISH shirt for sure. I hope I see you.

I won't arrive until late Friday evening. i plan to hit the expo early on Saturday and then try to spend a little time with my kids since all four will be there.

I'm so far back I probably won't see any of the other participants, so i'm wishing good luck to all of you now!

Syko, fingers crossed those corners play nice with you and that orange start. Not sure what's going on (quick peek so no time to review the thread) but sounds like you'll have a tougher time of it with this new start so PD for smooth rolling!
