Who will be hosting the ABC parade this Year? Regis and Kelly?

If your going in early December you might see them. We saw them hosting it last year when we were there dec 6-11. (Its not really live)

I thought Regis and Kelly too, but I watch their show everyday and they have not mentioned it. Always other years, they talked about it a couple weeks ahead of time. This year, nothing yet. Anybody else hear them say anything about it.

Thats why I was asking if they were still doing it. I have been watching and they have not said anything.

It was more than one day when we were there.

Usually the first weekend...3,4, and 5..most of the MK parade will be filmed on the 4th...throughout the day...It is a long tedious process...

Any word on extras yet, last year they cast extras for the crowd. Our passes expired last week so we'd really like to take part, miss MK already... anyone?

They cast extras? It was busy enough! It took us forever just to squeeze down main street. And we weren't allowed to stop and watch.

We were at the MAgic Kingdom the day they taped it last year. First, avoid the park that day unless you want to be in/see the parade live. If you do want to be in the parade scenes, you need to get there early and they will want you to stay all day, that seemed like a huge waste of our time, so we didn't do it. Main Street was a complete nightmare while this was going on, had I know that was the parade day we would have went to another park. Also the whole park was PACKED that day. So my advice is that if you don't want to be involved in it, steer clear and go to another park, I bet all the others will be pretty empty!

My son and I taped the Bear in the Big Blue House segments for the parade on November 3rd. I was told that the parade will be filmed on December 3,4, and 5 with the 6th reserved as a rain day if needed. Regis and Kelly are hosting for sure. Hope this helps.
