I just hung up my yellow raincoat to dry. I haven't packed yet. Instead I stayed up checking the internet and watching Phantom.

All I know for sure is I am wearing jeans and tennis shoes. The gold ears (even though they luck funky) will most likely be on. Shirt is still TBD.

I'm very happy to say that according to weather.com the rain should just be a few showers in the morning. I hope that it's right and that the rain is early in the morning.

Does anyone know which TV shows/channels will be covering the events? I know GMA will be there but don't know of any others. I saw something about Steve Martin hosting a show but didn't catch when or which network.

Did you know that Steve Martin used to work at Disneyland? He used to work in the Magic Shop. I heard that he did the film about Disneyland's 50 years, which will be shown in the Opera House on Main Street.

I may be wrong, but I thought one of Mouse Tales books also mentioned he worked Jungle Cruise. Or maybe this was just an urban ledgend?

My son has state testing that he can't miss. I am thinking of pulling him out of school tomorrow at 12:30 (lunch time) and heading down. It would only take us 60 - 90 minutes to get there. We have AP's already. What do you think my chances are of getting in? Am I safe with the AP's if they close the park due to to many people? Do you really thing it would be packed on 5-5-05 or more crowded on 7-17-05 (we'll be in WDW then!)

Considering it's supposed to rain tomorrow, I'm thinking (hoping, really) that it'll keep some of the crowds away. Not me, though. My backpack is ready and I have 3 ponchos in it in preparation for the rain. I doubt that it'll get crowded to the point AP holders are denied admission.

Im planning on being there. First I got to call in to work and write the sweetpea a note for school. But we are gonna be there. Not sure what we will have on, but we will be sure to have our ponchos in our fanny packs. Hoping it wont rain though. We have other commitments in the early evening, so we can't stay to long, but I hope to at least stay for the parade. Can't wait. I'll be on the lookout for everyone.
