Who is going to be my best bet for a rental car??

Okay, we have AAA, mousesavers newsletter, entertainment book and Sam's Club. Who is going to be our best bet for a rental car and which discount is usually going to be the best? I have a temp reservation on a mini van (it HAS to be a minivan) through Budget with my Entertainment card for 20% off for a total of $497. Should I look elsewhere?? Thanks! That seems VERY high but you don't mention if it's just a week's rental or longer?? I just checked for someone in another thread going the end of May for a week.

Dollar was the highest at over $300 plus tax!

National was $229 plus tax.

Alamo was $253 TOTAL for a week the end of May. This was just with a promo they are having and no other discounts or coupons!

If I would you I'd check all of them that are onsite and plug in your entertainment codes or see what they are offering.

For me the best discounts are with Disney Club and then the rest are about the same (Entertainment, Vacation Outlet, BJ's, Sam's Club etc...)

SORRY!! Wasnt thinking! That is for a 2 week rental! Pick up October 3 and drop off October 17th...We also thought maybe 2 small cars would be cheaper?? Since we both have major CC and I do have multiple coupons for like Budget and stuff... Steph

Well, in that case it's not so bad. I'd keep checking right until you leave because rates can certainly come down before then!

I just checked Alamo with your dates and it came to $487. with the Entertainment book discount.

It's $461 with the Disney Club discount.

Then there is a Walmart code I got that anyone can use at Alamo and that total was $461.; the same as the Disney Club...let me know if you want the codes and I'll PM them to you.

If there's a chance you can join Quicksilver, then you can even avoid the counter and just pick a car and go!
