No..no party...just being at the fort is celebration enough at my age. We will actually spend most of my birthday on the road back home.

I guess the weekend will be one big Party, and we can celebrate your birthday.

So far I count 12 Fiends that are going to be at the Fort on the fourth. I know people in low places at WDW. Maybe I can get them to do something for us.

I'm excited that so many are going to be there. We are there from the 30th through the night of the 5th. Looking forward to seeing a sea of green ears. We're hoping to be in either 400 or 500 for this stay.

Its tough to get them to "do anything" for us campers!!! Lorna set up a Grand Gathering reservation for the group...then came to find out that the rate they gave her wasnt even as good as the rates others were getting WITHOUT the grand gathering benefits!!! They Hate us!!! But they'll never be able to keep us away!!

You can start the day with the golf cart parade. Everyone decorates their golf carts and then there is a parade through the campground. There will probably be a gathering of dissers. Watch the fireworks from the beach and then our own looping parade of dissers, the best parade of the day!

Just an FYI. Hobby Lobby already has a lot of 4th decorations out. We bought the garland and other stuff last week. A lot of it was on sale 50% off as well.

We will be there from July1st to July 8th, we will also be celebrating 3 birthdays while we are there, our friends daughter's sweet 16, their youngest girl will be 13 and I will be 52. I will try to get a set of green ears made for the trip.

So am I. Matt charged our cart he plugged the charger into the cart, just forgot to plug the other end in on 2 golf carts

Camping on your birthday is awesome!!! I just did that!!!

Well, we did it!! We have ressies in a partial hookup at the Fort July 2nd - 5th!!

We just weren't going the bring the camper for such a short trip, but several things happened.

1) I finally got the small leak in my kitchen hatch fixed

2) Thermarest finally put what they had left of OEM T@B awnings on a website at about 30% of original price.

3) Airtran came to Huntsville, so relatively cheap direct flights to Orlando.

So since Rick is retired, he can pull the camper down, and I can meet him by flying. With the leak fixed and the new awning, setup and teardown should be 30 minutes tops.

I figured we can do that!!!

So we'll see you at the Fort Friday afternoon, the 2nd!!!
