... Mary Niven conveniently left out of her announcement was that the satellite parking scenario could return in late August when hundreds of thousands of the lower tier AP’s become unblocked after the summer and they all flood back to check out Cars Land and Buena Vista Street again...

There go my dreams that crowds will clear up at the end of August, as kids return back to school!

Oh well - it will still be super cool to see.

I have been to let people know that this will happen on and after the 20th, I have been there when this happen without the addition of CarsLand, you will have a great time and you can report back to us what your impression was. You will have a great time.

Oh well - it will still be super cool to see.

I'm going the week after kids go back to school as well. I'm hoping crowds will die down a little. At least during the week. That's when we are mostly planning to go. Going to try and avoid the weekends. Well at least on weekend anyways. And if we just so happen get to do everything we want, good excuse to go back.

Me too. We only have three days, so we plan on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

We bought the SoCal City Pass. Gives us 3 days at DL/DCA, 1 each at Sea World and Universal. Our hopes are that we can add a day to our DL/DCA portion and spend 2 days at each park. According to City Pass, they said we could. Already wrote to them and asked them. We'll find out when we get there.

Our planned days for DL/DCA are Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If we can't add the 4th. day, then we'll drop Friday. Just spend the day at DTD as we leave back for home the day after.

I'm not going, but my wife, kids, and mother-in-law are, does that count Not sure of location yet, mostly likely DLH or FFI depending on how many others join them. They're the passholders, but I'm the wallet holder, so once the # of attendees reaches "critical mass", I move the accommodations offsite

I made our reservations for our EMH AP days this morning. We will be in DCA on August 12th and DL on the 15th!

Plane tickets purchased! One slight change-we are now going August 10th-16th (DLH)- we were originally going the 12th-16th.

Just a couple more weeks until dining reservation time!
