Woot! This has to be the fastest summer yet! Can't believe it's August already! One week for us!

We are driving and this will be the longest road trip yet! We always drove to WDW from NC. I'm as excited about the journey as much as the destination!

I wish all my fellow August DISers a safe journey and an amazing time at DL!

On the road-about 200 miles into our 1000 road trip. My teenager was throwing up this morning but seems to be better now-wish us luck. Weather is just gorgeous so far!

That is the Pacific Wharf pier(paradise pier) and cafe area.

Love the Asian salad there! Ask for it put of the bread bowl. They put the bread in a plastic bag. Easy to share and yummy!

I lke just about anything they serve..shrimp salad from PWC is excellent.

At Disneyland: Cafe Orleans, for just about everything, and do not forget the Beingets, and Promme Frites.
Carnation Cafe: Baked Potato soup
The Plaza Inn: Fried Chicken

DTD: Rainforest or ESPN Zone

GCH: White Water Snacks

DLH: Tangora Terrace/Trader Sams

New to many of us: Flo's V8 Diner in DCA/Carsland
