I missed the opening by a couple of days, but most of the feedback on Mousewait has been negative. Sounds like the seating is tight and uncomfortable for many. I guess there is an issue with where you put your feet in the vehicle. Also people report that it's pretty rough and jerky. I've even heard complaints that the yeti is too loud.

I'm hoping the complaints are people just unhappy that they changed a classic ride.

Ty yea thinking maybe not for me lol. But my husband said he will try it first and let me know

6 weeks from today and counting!

And to add to all the compliments, awesome pictures. I look here every day for new photos for our little "August Club". Pretty soon I'll have my own August photos. We have been in June and July and Feb and May and October but this will be our first August trip. The anticipation is building especially with CarsLand!

Executive decision...Switching from Goofy breakfast to dinner. We have light breakfast at BWPPI but will be needing evening meals...so dinner it is. New trip...new tradition!

Disneyland first timers here! We will be in Southern Cal from 8/8 - 8/17 and are booked at the Candy Cane Inn from 8/12-8/16. I bought 6 day PHers. My brother in law and his family are AP holders. We can't wait!

We'll be there 8/8-8/11 staying at the DLH for our 20th anniversary (with kids along for the celebration)!

I see that there is some sort of convention going on the weekend of the 11th for D23. Are crowds expected to greatly increase during that time?

I don't think we will have any impact on crowds. Even though we are coming in early for the weekend, this is just a Destination D event, not a full blown Expo, and takes place at the DLH Ballroom which doesn't have that large of a capacity. Our 1,000 or so shouldn't make a dent at all plus the actual attendees will be at the event from early morning to late night all weekend.

This has been a bit of a yearly tradition for us (though this is our first DLH experience; we've done the Ramada Maingate in the past). My husband has a conference, and I and my 4- and 6-year-old daughters park-hop. I'll see if I can find a few pics from Augusts past...

It is the last of July, the girls pics were in the paper last week, they lost another contestant yesterday so now 8. Wish I could enjoy the day, but 0600-1800 work day at this job and one after that does not allow for much sun...enjoy it for me.
