I am new here and very excited to find others using CM Storybook Creator Plus. I was a consultant, but am not now. I still feel like the program does all I need it to. I have been using it for almost 2 years now, but loved all the different ideas you guys have! Thanks![]()
I downloaded the Walt Font and it did not go directly into my SB program. What do I need to do to be able to use the font?
Hi: What is with tagged size kits?? Sorry but I am a newbie and English is not my first language.
I downloaded a tagged size kit and was wondering if I can use it with SBC.
If I add the paper and stretch it, it looks the same as if I click "ad as background".
Also, when I make the embelishments bigger, they look OK to me. Will it look OK when I print the page?
Thanks!
Okay ladies, forgive me if this question has been answered previously (I am only about half way through reading this thread from the very beginning). Is there an easier way to mat a picture that you have cut into a shape? For example, if I cut a photo into a circle it requires me to flatten it which then takes away the mat function under the photos menu. So I have been drawing a circle in whatever color I want my mat to be and then putting it behind the picture but then I worry about getting perfectly proportioned all the way around etc. Is there an easier way that I am missing? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

I'm going to say I'm sorry in advance because I know this topic has been gone over before but I'm just not getting it!!!
How do I use a template? I'm fine on the ones that you get from CM but the tons of others that I have downloaded in hopes of using, I'm just not getting! Do I import them into SBC+ or do I just pull them over layer by layer. If it helps, I store all my stuff in ACDSee.
I wanted to try a template challenge a few months ago and just couldn't figure it out. When I tried to put my photo into one of the photo spots, it wasn't the same size as the photo spot. I tried and tried and got so disappointed that I just gave up.
I know its just me not figuring out because I've heard lots of you great girls talk about how much you love templates. Can someone please come to my rescue!!!!!!
You have to reconfigure the templates for use in sbc+. Using the templates as is takes up too much memory space on the page. There is another post or two earlier in the thread about this. But quickly, you must add a blank photo for each of the photo "spots" on the template, resize and adjust to fit what 's there. Otherwise you'll end up with the same problem as you said (see my message above for further explaination).
OK, I get that you have to make a blank photo for each spot. That makes sense. But what about each of the layers of the template. Do I just import each layer individually into SBC+? Then what, put them on top of each other? Then fill with whatever I want?
Soon when I figure this all out, I will love templates, I am sure![]()

I know there have been many discussions on this thread regarding templates but since I am still very new to using them I am going to start one more. How difficult is it (or is it more trouble than it is worth) to take templates like these and make them work in SBC+? I am really loving some of the ones I am finding but if it is a complete headache or is going to take forever and a day to reformat them then I don't think I want to waste the time or the money. So any feedback is greatly appreciated!
