Who here uses CM's SBC+ for digital scrapping?

I wish they wouldn't discontinue Digital stuff. The CD had which stuff on it? The Disney power palette and 12x12 pages? Or was it 8.5x11? I have the PP and the 12x12 pages, I know that. I wonder if I burned them to CD's as .jpg's and .png's, could someone else use them in SBC+? Just wondering. I guess you wouldn't be able to change the pages if I did it that way. Hmmm...

Caroline and Jennifer, I downloaded the jewel vacation addition this weekend. If you can't get the CD perhaps that will be a good alternative.

All of the Primary stuff looks great with Disney pages, too!

Thank you to Lisa and Jessica for your suggestions! Lisa- can you believe that I am looking for a digital download? Ok, this can only be occasional - I need to use all my paper!!!!

Maybe they will come out with new Disney stuff next month.... or put it in one of those Digital Varity CD's they come out with quarterly...

I wonder if you can't use them on SBC+ but could you use them on Photoshop. Hmmm is right.

They discontinued the Power palette and the predesigned pages. They still have all of the add-ons. Technically, any CM kit could be saved as individual .jpgs and .pngs and used in PSE or SBC+, but I'm pretty sure they don't want you to do that.

When is the cut off for ordering the update? I asked my CMC to order it. I just want to make sure she orders it in time.

I think you have until Sept 30 to get it for $9.95. You can download it right from your CMC's website, unless you really want to have the CD (and you'll have to pay shipping on that. No shipping if you do the download!).

Thanks Jessica! I really do want the CD. My computer seems to crash a lot, and if I had to leave it to saving the code on a peice of paper, well that would be lost in a matter of minutes! It's less likely the CD will completly vanish.

wow, that really surprises me, the paper power palettes are so popular. I'm totally addicted to all the power palettes and add ons, my wish list is as long as my arm!

When I talked to them about this - calling on the power pallet - they said that it was because the contract was negotiated for a short amount of time. They said that they will renegotiate if they get enough requests... so I would say go in and submit a comment on their website!!

That makes sense, they probably didn't want to commit to any new venture for a long period of time.

Thanks so much for checking this out Quiltymom. Jennifer, I heard about it just a few days before the end of the month and didn't have the funds then - now with school having begun, the funds are there but the CM Storybook Disney vacation CD is not!!!
I am hoping there is 1 somewhere out there.

I have purchased the Disney Vacation Digital Kit. Is it wrong to share when it is no longer available? If it is ok, how do we share?

Rhonda Anderson was here in Salt Lake last week and she said they have finally signed with a company that can build the Mac version of SBC. They are hoping to have it the first half of 2010. Yea!, I just got a Mac.
