One of my favorites--but tomatoes are so expensive right now, and they aren't very good. So I'll go with grilled cheese with bacon.

Love 'em. I associate them with summer and a bumper tomato crop but I could be persuaded to give them a try right now! White bread (yucky Wonder bread is the best!), very lightly toasted, please.

I love BLTs, but DW Sue does not like mayo, so she never makes them for our family. And, being a guy, I am totally incapable of making them myself.

I love them too but hold the toasted bread - for some reason the toasted bread (and I can eat toast but just not toasted bread for BLT's) tears the roof of my mouth up - and it's not the tomatoes.

Oh, yum!!! Now, that sounds good. I haven't had one in awhile, but I used to make them all of the time. I would use turkey bacon instead and FF mayo, but still so good. Ok, think I need to make a stop at the store before going home tonight....

I love BLT's but no one else in my family does So, whenever we go to Sonic and everyone else is eating their Sonicburgers or chicken sandwiches, that's when I get my BLT! Yummy, and on Texas Toast too, oogieboogie!

sounds like a plan for dinner! I buy the Oscar Meyer Center Cut bacon. Seems to be less fatty. I like to cook the whole package & refrigerate the uneaten portion to throw on salads, or to have a cold piece of bacon here & there.

LOL! My kids are the same way. Bacon on lightly toasted bread with MUSTARD. I shouldn't talk though because my combo isn't a normal BLT. I like bacon and tomato on toast with no mayo or anything. My dh says, "Isn't that dry?" But it isn't because of the tomato.

I love BLT's, but we use Miracle Whip not mayo. I've also been known to have a bacon & MW sandwich when we have bacon and eggs for breakfast - who wants lettuce and tomato at breakfast?!
