Good morning everyone! I just got caught up.

Hi, mommaU4. Welcome to the group!
This is exactly what happened to me. But, it was my uncle who was the toilet paper maniac who was OCD about the over the roll thing. Now, I too have succumbed to the obsession and I too have been known to change the toilet paper at work (or at my sister's) so that it's over the roll.

DznyFan, we have a big dog. He's part rottie, part lab and part horse. :rotfl: He weighs in at about 100 pounds. He's a big ole boy but he's "Mommy's baby".
Thanks!
Although I am not sure how much I would fit in. Seems everyone here has dogs and I have two cats. :teeth: One will chase after and fetch a ball and the other chews on my feet so maybe they think they are dogs. They have issues. :sad2:

And as for the TP discussion that some were having, well, with 4 kids and a DH (who could sometimes be considered a 5th) I am just thankful when there is actually a roll on the holder, never mind which way it's facing!!! :goodvibes

Have a great day everyone!! :sunny: :sunny:

DH's family lives in Brooksville, FL (west coast, near Tampa). They used to live here (WV) and then moved a few years ago. They wanted us to go too (we were actually living with them) but I was in college and the tuition was really low. If I moved it would have gone from $2,000 to $24,000! Since my mom was paying for it, I wanted to stay put. Then, I ended up not finishing. If I knew then what I know now.

They own 10 acres and have offered to give us a piece and we can put a house there. We would move in a hearbeat, but as of right now we are kinda stuck (long, long story). The town I live in doesn't pay much at all, but is pretty expensive, so moving to FL wouldn't be much of a change. I could make more, but I am done driving to Baltimore and DC. I prefer to make less and work a mile from my home. :)

good morning cliqueless cliquers :) wow... I had some catching up to do.

FortheloveofDisney- take it easy! It is not worth hurting yourself... seriously. Hope the move goes smoothly. Sorry you're having so many problems trying to conceive. my sister and I both had problems as well but not as long as you have. She now has 3 little ones and I have a ds5. One of my good friends has also had a lot of problems and they've adopted 2 children. one boy and one girl. they're very happy to have their new little ones. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know. I see Ohio isn't on your list :).... can't blame you there. I'd love to move to FL. dh says it's too hot. I say it's too cold here!! take care.

Hi to all of you :) have a great weekend

WOW! I posted way back, look how much this has grown. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the discussion about the wisdom teeth. I have to schedule DD's appointment and I keep forgeting ( that looks wrong, is it supposed to have 2 t's? :confused3 )

She is having a bad time of it now, her boyfriend broke up with her, on the 4th, at the city fair! :sad2: Poor thing is trying to be brave but starts crying at odd times. Last night I was in bed, almost asleep when she burst in crying hysterically, scared the *&%$ out of me. She found out he already has a new GF. So far I have taken her shopping for new clothes, retail therapy, and sent her to the salon for a new haircut. She starts college in the fall, I keep telling her she will meet someone new but she isn't ready to hear it.

I wouldn't go back to that age for anything.

I just saw those dates and had to point out that those are the exact dates of the Ladies-only trip!! We will have about 50 or so DIS ladies who will be there at that time. Maybe we will bump into one another. :thumbsup2

Hope to see ya'll there! Only 82 more days!!! :cool1:

I DIS while at work too! I spend time that I should be working Dising, but it's for a good cause.

I try to DIS at work but they blocked it on the computers. But I work in a school so with the summers off I can DIS like crazy!

this thread has grown like crazy... I'm at work now too..I think I work about as much as I'm on here :) shhhh don't tell.... but the guy beside me is on Corvette Forum more than I'm on the DIS...and that's BAD :)

Sometimes I help fill in at various desk jobs at our local weekly paper. I get some of my best dissing done at those times.

Of course now after this surgery and not being able to do much I spend waaay to much time here. From the average disser on looker it could be mistaken that I don't have a life :rotfl: but the truth is I can't do too much. I know that from what I did to myself yesterday lifting things that I shouldn't have been lifting.

We are in Clawson. It is so small no one ever knows it. It is between Royal Oak and Troy.

Where are you?

Oh and thank you for quoting me, I feel so special :woohoo:

Good afternoon, everybody!!

I just woke up  because I didn't sleep good last night. For some reason the last couple months, (and this is embarassing to say) but I wake up and SCREAM at the top of my voice because I think something(body) is looking at me. I also think I see something. I always scare my husband half to death and then I REFUSE to go back to sleep and make him sit up with me.

Anyway, so I'm still exhausted. I feel like I missed alot!!

Tinkerbell_Girl: Oh, no!!! You are getting there just as we are leaving. :guilty: I thought we could meet up. We are eating at Le Cellier (2x) Coral Reef, Tony's Town Square, Mama Melrose for the Fantasmic package, 'Ohana, and Concourse Steakhouse. We were going to stay at Pop, but then upgraded to French Quarter since my Mom's paying (wedding present!) While you are enjoying your first day, I'll be sobbing at the airport.

Toilet Paper Position: pirate:
Ok, you guys would NEVER want to come to my house. It has to be UNDER for me. It also drives my husband CRAZY. I think I do this as a rebellion because my mom always insisted that I do it the other way. Oh, I am a bad, bad girl.

Oh! I forgot something: Florida.

Alot of you seem to live in Florida. I was raised there- and how I miss it!! My husband got a better paying job and we moved to Virginia in December 2004. It is VERY different than what I'm used to...it is nice here, but I miss being able to walk to the beach, drive to Disney in 2 1/2 hours, and being near my family! As soon as my husband finds a job down there, I want to move back. The only negative thing in my mind, is the hurricanes (because I was raised in South Florida near Miami).

Ashley, don't be embarrased. I seem to have more less than pleasant dreams than good ones.

You should check out these threads. Perhaps they are the same thing as you are experiencing?

and in true ForTheLoveofDisney fashion a thread that I personally killed. . .

Anyway, just thought I'd share. Hope you don't mind.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you ever had a sleep study done? You should speak to your doctor about one. I used to perform sleep studies; they aren't too bad. If you need to have one, let me know.

I have to have it over the top. I am always tempted to switch it when I go places and it's the wrong way. At least you have it on a holder. I can't stand when people don't put a roll back up (DH included).

Oh, I'm guilty of this. My DH gets onto me all the time for not taking, "5 seconds to take the old roll off and put the new roll on."

Ashley - so sorry about your sleep deprivation! :surfweb: Sendin' some sleep pixie dust your way. Hopefully you can find some help in ForTheLove's links. pixiedust:

ForTheLoveofDisney- Once again, you showed just how fantastic you are!! Thanks for showing me those.I thought those threads were really interesting. Your dream sounded really scary! In mine, I don't have people touching me but just looking at me.

I myself have never experienced sleep paralysis- atleast I don't think so. I think you guys are right, I think its night terrors.

What happens is- I think I see something looking at me and I just start screaming. My DH will get up and turn the light on and show me nobody is there and try to calm me down. He always says, "Ashley, how can you see anything, you have your eye mask on!" (I sleep with one of those because I love it to be pitch black.) Another time I did it, I was visiting with my mom in Florida and she made my dad sleep on the couch, and I was sleeping with her. Next thing you know, I FREAKED OUT and rolled out of bed because I had seen something, woke up everybody in the house with my screaming! It happens alot. Actually, its only happened since I moved to Virginia and I've been home alone alot. I usually get them when I have to sleep alone, I hate that!!!

How do you get a sleep study done? How much does it cost?

Thanks everyone for your well wishes, I love my cliqueless group! :teeth:
