Donna - Krispy Kreme for breakfast looks perfect! :thumbsup2

DznyFan:: How cool that you were selected for Allears!! I subscribe and read it every week. I think I read part of the article and thought I had already heard about the bus and skipped over it!!!:rotfl2: I'll have to go back to check it out, again!!!
that's too funny! Yeah.... wonder where you'd heard about that bus....
Actually, the truth is, I'd really like to be a regular guest columnist for All Ears. I haven't submitted anything that long to them, and I don't know what I would submit - I just like writing! Guess I missed my calling.

I didn't realize they had surfing lessons at Vero Beach. In all our years of DVC membership, we've never gone there - primarily because my family hasn't been all that interested! Erin was supposed to do the surfing lesson at Typhoon Lagoon back when she was in the 8th grade, but injured a knee a couple months before our trip and wasn't able to. She's always wanted to learn how to surf.

that would be awesome!!:cheer2:
Good Morning!

Great pics Linda!
 thanks :)

so, anyone been to the candlelight processional??? I'm trying to see when we should go... maybe Christmas Eve?? maybe earlier if YM would like to go???
what is included w/the pkg? is says different tiers at different locations. We'd probably do Le Cellier. it says it includes a drink...but is that an entree and drink or the usual ddp type meal?? sorry, just thought maybe one of you guys might have done it already. it would be better if Erin were singing too!!!

4 times, Linda. The package is like the dining plan - each person gets an appetizer, an entree and a dessert.
We wish she was singing, too, but it looks like the director is going to take the kids to another competition for their 'out of state' trip instead of my grand plan!!! :( Oh well, no doubt she'll be part of the choir when she's there as a cast member some day.
ETA: the last time we went was on Christmas Eve, which made the program that much more special. Gary Sinise is sheduled for Christmas Eve this year, and I understand he's a very good narrator. He was scheduled the last time we went in Christmas '05, but his management company cancelled him. We wound up seeing Jim Caveizel, who was very good, and in my opinion, very appropriate. LeCellier is Level 3 - that's usually where we eat when we go - we've always gotten the Dinner package. Make sure you plan plenty of time to get to the theatre - and you probably want to be lined up about a half hour prior to the show if you want more choice in seating (you're guaranteed VIP w/ the package, but still want to arrive early)

Linda, we went to the CP last year and saw John O'Hurley (Seinfeld fans). We saw the second show and ate at Garden Grill. I really enjoyed it. I hope to see it again some day.

It will be awesome when she's a CM:cloud9:  :woohoo: :yay: princess: not that I'm wishing these years away though!!! ;) I thought John O'Hurley would be a good one too!!!

Hey everyone, I'm home sick today. I think Ashley gave me her cold. ;) Nah, I just caught whatever the girls have had the last couple of days - sniffles and body aches, etc. Woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. Also had a few Disneymares last night... something about getting a GREAT room location at SSR but it turned out the map was old & the room had been turned into a health clinic and they wanted to give us all shots? Then getting out of there & getting a new room, but due to the clinic being put in the layout was all weird and you had to climb up the balcony to get into the room. How weird is that?

Anyway I decided to play hooky today (yay, no itchyscratchy outfit!) and I've already taken one nap. Lazy lazy me! I do have a batch of chocolate chip cookies in the oven, the house smells so good. Thank goodness for Pillsbury!

Linda: I see you're busy planning away. If you're on the DDP, can you use those credits for the CP? Just wondering, because it seems like a lot of money just to guarantee seating for a public event. I do know how fast these things can fill up though.

Hope you start feeling better lyzziesmom!!

Bake lots of cookies.....

And send them to:
pozey
BA, OK

:lmao:

edit: Send LOTS of cookies........I'll be sure to share with YourMajesty and DznyFan....

mmmm cookies fresh from the oven are the best:love: !!! Sorry you're home sick today:hug: we can't get the ddp:guilty: not when booking through SOG...but that's ok. we'll probably save some $ that way anyway. I'm going to get the CP pkg though.

Yes. We did that last year. It was worth it to have reserved seating though. The line was HUGE for people without the package tickets. We just walked right in.

I hope you feel better. :wizard:

that's what I was thinking too...b/c for the$48pp it is worth it for Le Cellier alone when you get the same you would w/ddp...and priority seating. I'd pay it anyway w/Mikes back... He would be unhappy waiting in a line like that:rolleyes1 the more comfortable I make sure he is....the more we can go... I hope:laughing: Esp. on Christmas Eve!!!

Definitely get the package because in 2005 when Steven and I went, we didn't get the package and stood in line for an hour. And we were seated in the very last row. But it was worth it!

Sorry......virtual cookies will not do at this time. :rolleyes1

Go ahead and put them neatly in a box.......head to your nearest UPS or FedEx store.......and make sure you send them Next Day Air!!! :cool2: :rotfl2:
