Ashley, I didn't realize your lovebug tag came from this thread! Eeeek, I've said some things here that I do NOT want to end up as a tag!

Yep it did!! I said it to Nicole right after I got home from my trip, since she just got back too. I was pretty scared when I realized where it came from!! But don't worry, I think I've been the only "victim" of getting a tag from here!! Maybe it was a fluke!!

P.S. Does everyone have a PC?? If anyone doesn't, I'm not sure if Microsoft Word will work if I sent an attachment so I can just copy & paste the addresses in an email to them.

Pozey...Sorry to hear about Courtney. It sounds like you need to wrap her little self in bubble wrap! When Madison hurt her elbow 2 weeks ago she could move it all around and bend it just fine. She never really complained except when she straightened it out. Now she is doing just fine. Hopefully it is just something simple and needs a few weeks to heal!

A quick update on Courtney. She is MUCH better.

DW took her back to the minor emergency care clinic I took her to last night. Turns out the splint they put on her was digging into her foot really bad. That's part of the reason she would not walk last night.

They took it off and re-did it and she started walking. I think she will be alright, but we're still going to take her to the orthopedist tomorrow just to make sure.

Well, we got the moving truck delivered to it's home back on the Penske parking lot!!!! It's a 2-hour round trip drive. MIL drove with me, I think it did her good to get out of the house. We had dinner at our favorite BBQ place!! Yummy!!!

All this talk of making reservaions has me soo excited!!! I know the AP rates have been released. If I knew for sure my family would be going again in July/Aug. I would go ahead and book the AP rate!!! (Oh no, Linda!!! I'm having a mental argument with myself, too!! )

Well made it thru another night without screaming at a customer. (which is always a good thing). I do apologize, but I forgot who asked me where I work that I get home at a horrible hour. I work in the call ctr for a bank. Our site is open til midnight, why I don't know. I love my job, love talking to diffrent people. But why, do men feel the need to drunk dial? They have a few, and can only remember the # to the bank. Then refuse to hang up after they have their balance. We cannot hang up on a customer no matter how rude they are, and some can be pretty rude, so I get to listen to them go on and on and on about nothing til they fall asleep. Well anyway, thats what I do. Just remember when you call your bank, take the survey at the end or ask to be connected, if the associate did a great job or not, fill it out, it's how we get promoted (or demoted) earn a bonus etc. Ok, sorry commercial is over.
Anyway, all this talk about you guys going to disney makes me want to go sooner, we just came back from spending 2 wks at the world. I don't think dh will go for another trip so soon. I wanted to go the end of Feb beginning of March. Hmmm, have to work on that.
Well off to bed have to be up nice and early tomorrow morning. It's shopping day tomorrow... whoo hooo

Well, folks, I called this morning and reserved my room!!! I booked POFQ and requested Building 5. I had a Pin Rate attached to my name, which amounted to the AAA discount. I could have saved $25 night if I purchased and AP, but decided against it!!!

Disneydreaming6, I used to work in a call center (a few actually). I remember the snotty customers very well. The last place I worked, we could hang up on customers. You have no idea how good it feels to do that. Now, when I call places, I always try to be nice, because I know how hard it is to do that work.


I am just so excited. Everyday I have checked to see if I could get a better deal on our rental car (we rent a car and drive to WDW). Well, I haven't had any luck until today. I was able to upgrade AND pay less!!! More room for luggage (and souvenirs), plus extra money!

What is everyone doing this weekend? I am hoping to go to the Disney Store and get the "free" snowglobe (you have to spend $50 to get it). I was told that I can buy Disney dollars and they count towards the $50, so we'll see.

Well, here is the morning update on Courtney......

Last night, Courtney fell asleep, but woke up a little while later crying and complaining that the splint was still hurting her leg. So I took it off and let her sleep without it.

This morning, just before me and the boys were leaving, she woke up. I asked her how her leg felt, and she said better. I asked her to walk over and give me a hug and a kiss. She walked over - limping slightly - and gave me a hug and a kiss. I told her that after she and DW get out of the Doctor's office, I would try and meet them for lunch.

Well, DW called a few minutes ago. She said all morning, Courtney was doing much better.......until........Courtney started "being Courtney" again.

Seems DW was in the shower, and Courtney was in the bathroom with her. Courtney has a small step stool that she uses to get up to the faucet to wash her hands. So what does Courtney do??.......She decides to get up on the stool and......jump off. Well, her knee buckles and hurts it again......and now she won't walk on it again.

So.....her doctor appointment is at 10:30 this morning. We'll see what the doc says.......I just HOPE and PRAY she doesn't have to wear a cast again!
