Hi. I can't be the only one who hates thier arms. I need help. What kind of arm exercises can I do(at Home), and how long could I see results?I hate any kind of short or sleeveless tops. Forget even a bathing suit. I just put on a tank top to help inspire me at home but:scared1: . I always say that I have got my grandmothers upper arms.
:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Arms are my biggest problem too. My stomach is nearly flat (in the am at least) and my bottom half can be (and usually is) covered in a flowing skirt. I have yet to find a way to fix the arm issue, but I just thought I would say I am with ya!

I hate my arms (and always have). I'm pretty happy with the rest of my body. I just started using 8 minute arms (I bought from amazon.com) and my arms have been pretty sore since. The workout isn't that hard and it's just 8 minutes that I do every morning. I hope this works as I would love to have toned arms for the summer!

Arms are one of those muscles that you have to continually work out to keep seeing your results. I started Curves last year and I went three times a week and used the arm machines probably a couple of minutes each time I went around the circuit. It took a couple of months, but my arms looked great! I stopped Curves a couple of months ago due to knee problems and the arms have changed to jelly once again. I know what I need to do, for me it is just time consuming and painful to get started again.

Not loving mine; not by a long shot, but... I'd broken my left wrist and sprained my right elbow in an ice skating fall in February and had several weeks of physical therapy. Part of my therapy was using the arm bike, and I was stunned to see that just 5-10 minutes three times a week gave me slightly more defined biceps. I'm now doing Couch to 5K, and the running is helping the biceps as well. Now I just need to figure out something to do about my grandma triceps!

I won't go so far as to say that I hate my arms. After all, my arms do serve me well especially when it comes to hugging!! I will say that my arms need improvement~

I don't have flabby arms - on the contrary, my arms are quite skinny. I live in a year round hot climate so I do wear sleeveless tops. Might not look too pretty but it's cool and practical. My answer to my arm issues - buy some weights and do a few exercises every day. (I found the exercises online) It's been a few weeks, and I am seeing subtle changes. Not only are my arms looking better (less like toothpicks!!), but I am also increasing my strength.
