You rip your CDs and put them into itunes. You can even set up itunes to automatically rip them and put them in your library once you put a CD in the drive. I have bought maybe 2 songs from itunes, the rest are all my CDs. Yeah, I still buy them. Old fashioned I know but I always have a back up.

If you decide to get her one I have a thread on the budget board for FREE apps that I update everyday. You can actually download them now and if and when you upgrade ( and you should) to the iPhone they will be there to install.
Thanks a bunch for the link! I'm always looking for new, useful, and CHEAP apps. I don't appreciate having to wade through 47,000 bodily-noise-generating apps to get to them.
to download to the Iphone? There is small print on the back of the card that says "Apple Itunes software required to transfer to an Ipod or Iphone". What exactley does that mean?
