I'm trying to decide where I wanna eat for breakfast and I liked the menus for these 4 choices.

Of that group we have only tried Kona. It was very good. :earsboy:

Kona is the BEST!! I always get my Tonga Toast (don't get me started :teeth: ) and DH gets the pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. Do not miss Kona, what a great meal! :thumbsup2

While I *really* like the Tonga Toast, I absolutely LOVE the pineapple-macadamia nut pancakes!

I Voted For Kona But Boatwrights Is A Close Second. Love The Sweet Potato Pancakes At Boatwrights.

We have dined at Boatwright's & Kona many times over the years and always enjoy them both. The sweet potato pancakes at Boatwright's are fantastic. You can get Tonga Toast at Kona which is very good along with there Kona coffee which is so much better then the Nescafe garbage that Disney sells everywhere else. We also like the French Toast Loaf from the Main St. Bakery in the MK.

Kona and Boatwrights are both great--but I gave Boatwrights the nod due to their Blueprint Omlette!!

I voted for Kona but Boatwrights is very good too. I usually have breakfast at the resort were staying at.

I've only had breakfast once at AK Rainforest Cafe.
That was the week they opened. Might have been in 98 so it's been quite a few years since I've returned to this restaurant. It was very good then, I can't answer for now.

I like to eat breakfast before traveling to a park. So it depends where I stay. I do one big character breakfast while vacation and it usually at one of the hotels on the monorail line or The Crystal Palace.

I voted for the Kona Cafe but I also enjoy Boatwright's and the Grand Floridian Cafe. Oh my! :)

Would y'all recommend an ADR for breakfast at Kona? We will be staying at the Polynesian 5/31-6/6. I just never know what time we will be up and about for breakfast. All this talk of Tonga Toast and Pineapple Macadamia Nut pancakes has my mouth watering!

I agree- KONA!

And I would recommend an ADR- I'd hate to spend my morning waiting for an hour or more to eat and get my day started.

I like Kona's, Whispering Canyon and Olivia's. We used to go to Boatwright's, at one time they had a small buffet and they made wonderful omelets. We liked their tableservice too.

What is the Blueprint Omlette?? I looked at the menu and could not locate this preperation on the allears menu post. Just wondering :thumbsup2

Another vote for Kona!! The Tonga Toast, Pineapple Macadamia Pancakes, and Eggs Benedict are all wonderful!!

Rainforest's breakfasts are yucky (in my not-so-professsional opinion, LOL). They are pre-made, not fresh, and they only have a few choices. You cannot order eggs the way you want them, and the prices are high for what you get.
