Who has read the new Fairies book?

DH bought it for me the day it came out but I have just gotten around to posting about it! I love the illustrations and love that Tink will have her own story to tell. But I thought there were parts of the story that were a little dark. I don't know what age group this book is geared to but I could imagine a young reader might think some of it a bit scary. The part with the fox and Mother Dove specifically. Just my opinion though. I thought the story was good and can't wait for another book!

Anyone else's thoughts?
