Who has NEVER experienced the bad behavior,

I have never experienced any bad behavior and I did not know so many things annoyed people. I do not even notice litter. Am I the only one who is so glad to be on vacation that I would be oblivious to a charging rhinoceros? Am I not paying enough attention to my surroundings?

The one thing I have noticed is that I do alot of smiling and "ooooh's and aaah's" at the over-abundance of cute babies and toddlers, though

Well, I have provided bad behavior before!!! And yes, I am ashamed to admit it too. But I do try to overlook a lot of it.....much better things to do at WDW. Unless that bad behavior is prohibiting me from having a good time. But that hasn't happened too often.

I have seen and noticed very little 'bad' behaviour at WDW. An occasional screaming baby (who I try to make smile), a man on a cell phone making a business call in the men's room (which made me laugh!), etc.

I mostly see smiling faces, clean streets, perfect photo-ops, terrific parades and characters, wonderful themeing, and wonderful guests in line and walking around enjoying themselves.

I think perhaps I enter a 'dream state' when entering WDW property...

You are not the only one! I think it is a form of selective perception - we only want to see and hear the good things, so we block out all of the possibly bad.

I find it to be the best type of vacation to have!

I thought I was the only one! I never notice any of that stuff either! However, I tend to be oblivious to anything going on around me anyway.

I've never noticed anything bad or out of the ordinary at any WDW park. I've seen plenty at Six Flags, Universal, and Sea World (well, SW was just that one incident, so it may have been isolated. It's my fav non-Disney park, actually!).

i don't think i've ever noticed any behavior "bad" enough to warrant mentioning... the occasional flyaway napkin (litter) or crying child but imo those are to be expected...

i have *often* noticed the opposite... teenagers giving up their seats for older people or adults w/kids... door holding... along w/sprinkles of "no, you go ahead" and "may i help you with that?"

perhaps it's because i tend to see the glass overflowing rather than half full or empty

I've noticed some "rude" behavior, but basically I just ignore it. Not gonna let it ruin my vacation!

Only once did "rude" jump to "bad" at EPCOT. A man accused my niece and I of laughing at him - ????? Well, after that, we DID laugh at him. Funny.

I've seen some of the things people here mention. The difference being it doesn't bother me as much I guess. It does my DH though. He is very "high strung" and little things annoy him. I'm the absolute opposite. It takes a LOT to get to me. I'm sometimes too laid back. We balance one another out. So, while I may notice some of these things they don't bother me and I don't think twice about it. It's a huge place, w/ people from all over the world-- it's bound to have it's imperfections.

I think I notice them, I just can't for the life of me remember them!

Thought I was the only one. In fact, I've found myself looking for things to 'report' to the DIS. Of course, I don't remember them long enough to actually do so!

another here with rose colored glasses on. I see rude things and rude people, but for some reason I don't see a lot of it.

now, if I saw the handicapped child get run over like someone posted, I think I would have been kicked out of the parks that day!!!!!

I notice them, but don't let them bother me. I mean, the things that go on at WDW go on everywhere, every day - why should WDW be any different? You would think it might be, but it's not. If I spent my whole vacation worrying about what everyone else was doing, saying or thinking, I wouldn't have any time to enjoy myself or enjoy my family enjoying themselves, now would I? The only time where it bothers me is where it might DIRECTLY affect my family, i.e. someone is cutting in line in front of me or pushing in front of us for better seats, bumping us, etc... However, as a Christian, I try to do my best to "turn the other cheek" and use it as an opportunity to teach my kids what NOT to do, rather than to point them out and create a big scene, which really just serves to embarass everyone involved, including me. If you teach your kids that life isn't always fair and people will not always act they way they should, but teach them how they should act regardless, you're doing pretty good!

I see them and I've probably been one of them at one point or another, but I'm not going to let it bother me.

My glasses are rosy are while there as well and my attitude when I see someone acting badly is thank goodness they aren't with me..

With the exception of an ill-tempered CM I had an experience with back in 1988 (to this day we still call her "The Evil Disney World Lady"), I haven't seen any of the types of things described in the "Have You Ever Had a Shock" thread. I think the reason that thread is so popular is because these events are so relatively rare we all find it fascinating.

Have I ever seen a crying child or upset parent or someone cut a line? Sure. But in my experience it's not widespread enough to detract from the overall experience or ruin my vacation.

The only bad behavior that I have ever had while on vacation happened on our 2001 disney trip. I had injured my leg, and was treated like an idiot by the first aid lady. She would not even look at my leg (all I needed was an ice pack) and insisted that I go to a nearby hospital. She hurt my feelings, made me cry, lol but the vacation still went on. I found a zip lock baggie and made my own durn ice pack LOL!

I just don't pay attention to it. There may have been some last year but I don't like to sweat the small stuff.
