Who has gone to the Pin Conventions?

This past trip, I went to the Pin Convention. I was so excited. I traded some pins. You wouldn`t believe how many pins these people have. One guy had ten thousand keepers at home and at least 5,000 more trading pins.

Any chance that was the one in EPCOT?
I've never been, but I heard about it the day of that there was one. The guy sitting in front of me on EE in AK had about 5 lanyards around his neck.

Pin Traders can be nasty and scary! Some are so serious, they'll get you to give them your pin, and then run off and keep their pin. It's crazy.

I found a book under the Sorcerer's hat while I was stuck there during a torrential downpour, and they had different classes for prices of pins. Pins from like. Ever. All kinds of pins. Class E = $176 and higher per pin.

i think i know what you mean i saw them at downtown disney. there was a women and she had loads! i asked her to swap one with her but she said she would swap if i brought the one she wanted. i didnt think that was very fair because its not trading. there also really fussy arnt they lol!

I got like 6 of the same ones from DCL, so I traded them when I went to DLRP.. and one in the Disney Store, 'cause they started in trading there now

lol that happened to us too! there was a guy and he had a messenger bag thing that was covered in pins and tons of lanyards, and he was trying to trade for the last one of the set he needed that we had with like 2 or 3 pins of his. we traded! it is CRAZY how many pins some people have.

Well that is fair. If there`s one that you like that you want to trade, they should get one that they want.

well its not really fair, i think its rude. the whole point in trading is to trade with each other not for someone to say 'yeah i will if you buy me this one'. she could of just said 'no, you dont have the one i need'.
