DH and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary there in 2007, 2/20. Yes it was President's weekend and we found it as crowded as summer time. Weather? Well we were there during an "unusual" cold snap. Let's say I was really glad I took my 2 hoodies, LL Bean 3 season jacket and gloves. It was really cold for about 2 days, but then warmed up real nice on our last day and a half.
