Who has bought Halloween candy?

I finally bought a big bag of Halloween candy today at Costco. BUT - I made sure it was stuff I don't like! I got a mixed bag of bottlecaps, nerds, laffy-taffy. Now, if I had bought anything chocolate, there wouldn't be any left for the Trick-or-Treaters!

My DH just bought ours... consisting of 9 bags of things I absolutely love!!! I hate him and my will power is weakening I just think he bought so much so we'd have "left overs"

I did the other day. 10 bags at K-Mart for $1.49 a bag. And I always have to buy what DH likes - just in CASE there are leftovers. Because the kids don't bring home enough of the stuff, ya know.

Are you kidding? With 2 teenagers in the house there is no way I can buy it ahead of time. They seem to think that since they no longer go out then it is their right to eat ours. Goofy Kids!

I have Halloween candy in my room, but it's not for the trick-or-treaters.

I also bought 4 bags at the $1.49 KMart sale and I used 2 coupons for $1.55 too!

I might go back for some more since the price was so good ... my DH thinks I'm nuts .

dw has accumulated quite a few bags of candy....she has to hide it from me though...

I'm the Halloween BahHumBug so far. I have the small Goldfish halloween bags and, single-serve micro popcorn so far. No candy, except for what's already in the house.

But, that'll all change when I go to Costco tomorrow!!

I bought some already. Got things that the kids will like if it is leftover. I probably got too much since we are usually home for most of the Trick or Treating time, since we are out trick or treating too.

I will probably get mine tomorrow. I am just trying to get a feel from the others in the community how much to buy. Since the american community is so small here they will have "Trunk or Treat" at the american compound plus a haunted house, no door-to-door here.

I never buy early because I would be tempted to sample some. The KMart sale you all mention sounds like I should though.

I went to KMart yesterday and bought 3 bags ( M&M's plain & peanut and Whoppers) at the $1.49 price. I already opened all 3 bags - had to test them to make sure the candy was fresh, didn't I??

I have to admit. We don't do Halloween, and therefore we don't pass out candy. But I did buy a bag of peanut M&Ms. They weren't really for me. The baby wanted them. Of course, I had to eat them so that he'd get them.

Bought and already eaten! Eyeballs (choclate with caramel inside) and kandy korn, bought for a great price at Big Lots.

(Shhh-don't tell the kids but I have another bag of eyeballs in the pantry)

I bought 3 bags and have devoured 2.5 of them already!!

I also have a box of the individual bags of potato chips to hand out.

We bought three big bags at Sam's about two weeks ago, but my husband went so far as to take them to work, so I wouldn't search the house and eat it all. And the things is, those three bags will come back to the house without one piece of candy gone! How does he do it?

If you count the leftover 2 bags from last year, then I already have 2 bags for this year.......
