Who has been told what re: THV?

I keep reading (on this board) that THV will start taking bookings on February 8th, but I have yet to see this officially announced. I posted a question about this a week or so ago (with woefully minimal response) re: February 8th - is this official or a rumor that has been repeated so many times it is being accecpted as fact? The two people that did reply indicated that this a date that was told to them by Member Services. Well, when DH spoke with MS this morning, the gal he spoke with said that there is no date set yet, and that when it is set it will be officially announced through DVC.

So my question is - who else has been told what by MS? How many have been told February 8th, another date, or no date at all?

I was told this morning by MS that for SSR owners, bookings begin 2/8 and developer point holders begin 2/22.

The Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are scheduled to open on June 1, 2009. All plans are proposed, subject to change and subject to obtaining all necessary approvals.

When can Members book a stay at the Treehouse Villas?

Beginning on February 8, 2009, Members at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa may begin booking stays at a Treehouse Villa. All other Members may begin booking stays at a Treehouse Villa starting February 22, 2009. Dates subject to change.
