Just being nosey, lol and have a few questions.

If you received an upgrade what did you go for? and why?

If you didn't upgrade, why?

How did you receive your upgrade offer?

Where was you going to orginally stay?

When are you going?

What do you feel about the upgrade?

What plans have you changed since getting the upgrade?

If you received an upgrade what did you go for? and why?
We went for OKW 1 BED Villa, this was due to size of the villa as well as i liked the idea of having a washing machine. I also like the look of the resort through checking out photos, youtube videos.

If you didn't upgrade, why?
We upgraded.

How did you receive your upgrade offer?
Had an e-mail from virgin.

Where was you going to orginally stay?
Port Orleans riverside.

When are you going?
25th September for 2 weeks.

What do you feel about the upgrade?
Well first of all i thought the offer was too good to be true but when i checked out the boards and discovered it was true, i got so excited and have had a huge grin on my face since. I am so happy

What plans have you changed since getting the upgrade?
As we are on the QSDP option we have changed plans on buying cereal etc. and having it in our room before we go out and use the CS Meals for the rest of the day.
Also we plan on taking less clothes now due to having the washing machine so we can bring more home, lol.

SSR one bedroom, because of the extra room and proximity to DTD. I also prefer the rooms, OKW rooms are looking a bit dated.

After reading about people on here being offered the upgrades, I called Virgin customer services and asked if we were on the list.

What do you feel about the upgrade?

Like I've won the lottery - this sort of thing never happens to me, I feel so lucky

What plans have you changed since getting the upgrade?

I have booked an ADR for the Turf Club, we were not planning to eat there.

Not for those staying already in a studio after already paying more than moderates and then having to pay another £210 to upgrade if they want a 1 bedroom.
This is a sore subject for a lot on here who have payed to stay at these resorts.
Glad for those who have been given the upgrade to a deluxe and this is not a pop at you .Anyone would jump at the chance of a free upgrade especially to a one bedroom.They are lovely. I refuse to pay the extra. I am not happy with disney however. Never had an upgrade to even another room at the resort I booked even when I got married there no card pixie dust what ever.Been going for 8 years. Never mind hey.
Im happy with what I have now and think all who have the option to upgrade to go for a one bedroom.I have stayed at POR and OKW and now staying at SSR and much prefer OKW. If on the QSDP though POR has a great food court.
