We are headed to a street fair today in Burlington City.

Hanna hit here yesterday but with very little force, just a lotta rain in my neighborhood. My grass appreciated that. A little further inland (Allentown Pennsylvania) seems to have had a tornado or two tho

Nobody hurt, just alot of shingles, trees and fences down.

I don't know if it's a song or not, but when I was a kid and my Mpm would ask me to do something and I'd say "I'll do it tomorrow" her response was "Tomorrow never comes".

We got lots of rain last night and it was windy, but not horrible. Today it is absolutely beautiful here. The humidity is finally gone! It is sunny and breezy and in the 70s. A perfect September day. DH just went down to the 1st Mets/Phillies game of the day. He had tickets for yesterdays game and it was rained out and resceduled for this afternoon. Great day to be at the ballpark. Colleen this should make you happy, last year when he went to the Mets/Phillies game it signalled the start of the Mes horrendous AUgust/September demise and the rise of the Phillies to the top!

DD(14) and I went to the Vanderbilt mansion today for a picnic. The other 2 girls didn;t want to go. We took hike down to the Hudson River and ate our sandwiches there. Lots of boats out today and a beautiful breeze off the river. A spectacular day!

Hi Threadkillers!

Sounds like everyone is having a lovely Sunday. Tom and I have spent the day reading, napping and watching football. Tomorrow, I'm going to meet my twin brother for dinner at a place called Five Guys - it makes amazing burgers...really, REALLY amazing burgers!
