Right now he is reading all the old Obituary's from my Time magazines!!!!

Every 30 seconds he screams out..."Guess Who Died"!!!!

I was 'this close" to buying a Kindle.

Amazon had a special, $100 off...IF you Apply for their VISA, offer ended 9/9!
So on 9/6 I applied for their Visa, to get the 100 bucks off.....I get the CARD on 9/10!!!!! But they wont give me the 100 bucks off!

I told them it is a scam, in one of my "I know what you guys are up too, and THE MAN CANT MAKE A FOOL OUT OF DISUNC" Letters...but they couldnt care less.

However the CC came with a nice big limit, sooooooooooooooooooo maybe I will hold onto it for a 'special WDW Occasion"!!!!!!

My friend Bob Bday is 12/26!!!! When we were younger & partaking of the truth juice at the local pubs.....he always told the girls how for his kiddie birthday party he got all the others kids broken toys, that they got for Christmas!!!!!

DU - You should have bought the Kindle anyway! It's worth the extra $100! Of course, since it isn't my $$$, it's easy to say! Gas prices went up where we're at....supply & demand & the whole hurricane craziness. It happens every time.

PD - sound like you had a busy day (along with DisUnc). My day included, b'fast out, read for 2 hours, went to Wal-Mart, had lunch (at home - can you believe it?), read for 2 more hours, took a nap, went to church, went out for dinner. Whew! I'm exhausted!

TW - chin up! I know it's hard to believe, but it WILL get better. Here's hoping tomorrow is better. Thanks for the wishes! I liked your pics...but I thought you might bring a puppy home...

I hate buying anything that I havent ever seen, held or touched. Especially for that price. For some reason this 359 price is just stickin me! I need a coupon or a clearance sale!

Most times if I want something I will look at in in the store & then order it over the Internet. Since I cant see this...it makes me verrrrrrrrrry apprehensive.

YIKES on the Gas prices, I am sure they will go up when I need gas!

I remember when we use to just pick dogs up in the street!

That's what the rescue does, literally pick dogs up in the street and find them homes...one of the Pups I met yesterday was found wandering Mets Stadium! We already got an email about a four month old who needs a new home cause the kid turned out to be severely allergic to pet hair.

I have a feeling we'll be introducing our new family member soon enough.
