Hi everyone,
Philaround, you are going to have a FANTASTIC anniversary vacation! Congratulations!

Ours is coming up very soon! We are so ready to get away from it all. It's only 3 days but we'll enjoy every minute of it.
I expect it to be very hot and humid, just like here at home!
We'll definately be taking afternoon naps.

I don't think I've killed many threads lately. I better get busy!

Meanwhile, the only thing I'm counting down is when is this big storm going to hit us today?

Montessori, when are you going? Now I have 3 thread killers going to WDW that I'm jealous of. Perhaps I will have to "off" you all, steal your tickets (particularly Phil's VIP) and go myself. Then I would be a thread killer 'killer'.

Welcome and good luck, Primax. We've been trying for 52 days and have been unsuccessful thus far.

Meanwhile, it's lunchtime and still no sight of this horrible storm we're supposed to have. I suppose the skies are waiting for me to leave work this afternoon when I have a 15 minute walk from the subway to my house and then the skies will open up.

We are expecting afternoon storms too, but we always are this time of year.

We are going to Disney next Friday! Our daughter got the hotel room (Coronado Springs) for us as an anniversary gift. I had talked about NOT going and she just couldn't believe it.
I seriously doubt we wouldn't have gone anyway but it was very nice of her to take care of the hotel for us.
She's 21, works for a kitchen and bath design company and goes to school for Interior Design at night. She has already helped design some beautiful kitchens, including our own.
We are very proud of her.

Well, I have a little while before I start housecleaning.
I'm going to go kill a few threads!
