Gotta say DU DAY was a bust!

Anyhooooooooooo today, and yet another interview with Elder Care. Wish me luck.

Mom is adminantly against it...while they are here. Once they leave she thinks its a good idea! I give up!

This one (owner of the company) already complained on the phone that getting people is tough due to the price of gas. Me who drives 75 miles each way too work has to listen to someone who drives 3 miles too work about this! Its funny that people say just the slightest thing...and in my head its a BIG NONO!

Hope all is well with everyone!!! just another busy day here - or it will be...i LOVE this time of day in the office with NO one here but me!!!! I've been coming in at 5 since i still can't go to the gym (not for another 3 wks)....so i have 2 hrs to myself.

Cally - SOOOOO glad you are OKAY!!! Tornadoes scare the bejeezers out of me too - living in the midwest 1/2 my life gave me enough of those experiences...i SOOOOO much prefer living in earthquake country....ONLY because they are SO MUCH fewer & far between than those tornadoes which you can count on EVERY year!!!!

All went well today with this Home care Company!

The owner told me that they can install Moving chair on the stairs....for 1500!

I thought it was way more than that! So I am looking into that....and one of those beds thats change into 35 postions!

We fly out of Detroit on Saturday Sept 27, late afternoon.

Spend the night near the airport in Orlando and then head out on Sunday morning for the 4 night cruise.

Come back on Oct 2 from the cruise and go to MNSSHP on that night which is a Thursday.

Friday we fly out at 9:30 ish pm so we have pretty much all day to do something while we are there.

We are staying the night at the POP Century when we get off the ship.

I liked this one alot too~

Morning all,
Its a beautiful day here today!

and I have no plans ...I think Im going to just sit in the sun and soak it all in...

Yesterday was Alberts wellpup appt. He passed with flying colors(or colours for you Robin )...He weighs a big 15 lbs...(same as last time, so Id say he was done growing), and the vet was very happy with him..said he looks like a well cared for dog....
Well yeah!...I take better care of him then I did for my boys....LOL or so they say!....I told them to be nice to their lil brother....he behaves better then they ever did...

I was trying to get a discount code, but unless they come out with a gen. public code...Im gonna have to go with my AAA, which isnt all that bad.
I was just hoping on saving more on the rooms to help pay for the other things I have planned....
We will not be going to alot of sitdown places this time...and Mike and I have decided to share our meals too...
They really give you way too much to eat most of the time, and we figure if we are still hungry after, there are all those great snacks to enjoy.. Like the pastries in France, or the dolewhip in MK....

Ive also always really liked that picture of Mikey and the CM!...
He really wasnt ready for that question ..(youd think he would have been)...
The boys were just saying the other day, that they cant wait to go back...I didnt point out to them that they have quite a few kids in front of them and they will have a few years yet before they get to come with us again....
As it stands right now...
We wont be taking anyone next year(our Hawaii trip)..Then it will be David and Bill the year after, then another just us trip,....Kateri, and Rita will be going four years from now... and another "US" trip....So it will at least 6 years...Mikey should be around fourteen by then... and Doug twelve....I bet he will like the princesses by then....LOL

It's a morning here today.

I've got tons of things to get done since we are going away this weekend.

We will be leaving quite early on Friday morning and probably won't be back until Monday evening, depending on the weather on Sunday and Monday.

Right now the forecast is not the greatest but we will hope that the weather forecasters are incorrect as usual

Betsy, that's one good thing about having all those grandchildren. You've got lots of reasons to plan trips to Disney!!

she booked Bonnett Creek starting 10/25 for 8 days~
(the same place we stayed in last sept that I could see POP from)

and yes...I am reeeeeeally hoping to be able to go with her.

This trip includes her hubby (hence mine going) and her BIL and his wife~

It's been a year now since our California trip, I just changed my screensavers to have it run through those now~I've had it running my Christmas trip pics up til yesterday~

IMHO~ It's soooo nice to have so many Disney pics to choose from.
