Today is Maw & Paws 57th Wedding Anniversary!


So of course there was a major argument on just how many years they were married. Dad said 57, Mom said 58!

So after fetching pencils, paper & calculators...and a significant showing of some toes (dont ask! ) Mom conceded that indeed it was 57 years...."BUT IT FEELS MORE LIKE 58!"

By all accounts at this stage of my life, I really should be in a rubber room, drooling and banging my head against the wall in a "nice' sanitorium somwhere!

It looks like it will be a bit warmer today......and even warmer tomorrow.In the 60s! ...

I am going to try to get a walk to Salt Springs and back in today...
But I have a dentist appt., then I am going to visit with my mom first,
So we will see how much time is left and what it is like out, later in the day...
If its chilly out, I wont go...I HATE being cold!

I was thinking about you this morning DU as I wandered around the room downstairs and "helping" her pack her kayrap...

Technically, I still don't have room cause FIL is on his way home from FL now that MIL is leaving...but....maybe you can get Mom to get off her bum a little if you threaten to send Dad with her to a home if she doesn't.

Brittany helped her move most of her stuff yesterday, she's still got enough downstairs, including her two dogs, that she still has to come back at least one more time

Yes PD! My internal stress level has been up since she got here, it's gonna be soooooooooooooo nice to finally feel relaxed around my own home.

I have classes in an hour and then John and I are visiting a friend tonight for her birthday...it's sunny here too but my tootsies are a little cold. We're supposed to be up to 75 by Thursday

Worked last night...dont go back till Thursday...and work thru the weekend!

After considerable analization, I THINK I got 3 of the powerball 3's for this coming Wednesday.....gotta figure out the other 3!

EZ as Pie! (which i never understood , cause making pies aint EZ...not that I ever made one....I dont really even like pies....I LOVE cake)

Hi. Hugs around, chocolate cake for DU. I hope everyone is doing ok. I haven't caught up on everything, saw DU got promoted with a HUGE raise! I finished my first MBA course, and have started the 2nd (Economics! Yuck!). 18 days until Disney World.. we've made the cutest homemade autograph books for my nieces. I'll show you all pics as soon as I upload. Have a good week everyone.

I finish Macroeconomics (and everything else) in three weeks!!!

funny thing is...I don't want this to end...I am actually liking going to school~

Mine is only for an Associate's Degree but I feel it as a HUGE accomplishjment for me...

it was the first thing, since hubby and I have been together, that I told him I was doing for ME.

It is a huge accomplishment for anyone! COngratulations. I know what you mean bout liking to go to school. If I could afford it I would be a professional student! If you miss school, when this is done, maybe you can try to fit in some classes toward a bachelors!
