promise! :thumbsup2 high 80's to mid 90's is guaranteed here in just a few weeks! i love it, but DH does not. it's colder in our house during the summer w/ the AC running practically 24-7  makes for very high electric bills too!

Same here , I love the heat and am looking forward to coming to Florida to enjoy it.

My husband does not love the heat and keeps remarking that we are going to fry :sad2:

I say ......... bring it on :sunny:

I do like my air conditioning too though ;)

WELLLLLLLL, IT HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!!! I SENT OFF THE FIRST PACKAGE TODAY (FINALLY)! EASTER/SPRING IS ON ITS WAY. :sunny: :flower1:

For the Newbies, let's keep the recipient a secret for now. :ssst: Maybe we'll get some more joiners when they see how this works. ;) :goodvibes

When the receiver receives, maybe they can send a summer package? :confused3 Just an idea, as whatever everyone sends is up to them depending on the season/holiday. Maybe another Spring package would make it in time. :confused3 (DRAT!!! I should've sent some seeds for planting! :rolleyes2 )

I was also thinking that since 2 sisters signed up one after the other, that they might not want to send to the other? :confused3 (Correct me if I'm wrong tho) So, I was thinking that at the time the receiver is ready to shop/send, I'll draw a name of all the current active TKs who are still interested. That way, if someone has lost interest, or circumstances change, they can always drop out, and rejoin again later. This whole go-around is going to take quite a while. ::yes:: There will be a chance for everyone, eventually. Plus, it's kinda like a TK lottery! :rotfl: :yay:

Input anyone? :confused3

Receiver: Hope you enjoy! :teeth: :wave2:

Hey Kim! :wave2:
I havent seen you around for a little while :3dglasses ....How ya doing?....
Feeling better?....
Eh, so-so. I went back to work Monday, after being off for a week (sick the whole week), and my boss sent me home at 10:30 and told me to come back Wed! I did get some rest, but I had a temporary crown done on Tues, so my mouth is sore today. (Whine, whine, whine :rolleyes2 ) PLUS tho!!! My dentist gave me 4 tics to a Cubs night game 5/1!! How cool is my dentist?! :cool1: :thumbsup2
Dalpal said:
Hows your dad doing?.....
Thanks for asking! I went to see him at the rehab place Mon, after my boss made me leave, and Dad was waiting to be discharged. His entire time there was a total waste. He finally got home about 4pm. So, he's home! :yay: < He's NOT doing that yet! :rotfl:

All set for the big trip?....
I'd like to start packing  but I think my family would think I'm totally nuts. I don't know how else to make sure I have enough summer clothes? :confused3 ;)
Dalpal said:
Robins got a little over two weeks:yay: ,
Sure, rub it in. ;)
Dalpal said:
and I only have a little more then a month :cool1: ...
Of course, make it worse. ;)
Dalpal said:
So your trip is right around the corner! :cheer2:
OH OK!!! :yay: :cool1:

:rotfl:

 everyone!!! :grouphug:

:wave2: Kim, I was walking through a store yesterdy and I was wondering about the TKer exchange :teeth:

Sounds like a lot of fun. I can't wait to send/receive a parcel and to see what everyone else gets :woohoo:

Thanks for doing all of the work for the exchange.

About the packing, why not just get a laundry basket or even get out the suitcase and start putting clothes in it. That way you can see if you will have enough clothes, without waiting until the last minute.

Just don't tell your family :ssst: and they won't know your a nut :smooth: Well they probably all ready know anyways. ;)

Cally - I was in bed all day long for all the wrong reasons. We had to call the doc last night because my back had been throbbing for the last day and a half. Found out I have a bladder infection.
oh my! I'm sorry to hear that. How are you doing now? Were you able to get meds for it? I hope so! UTI can be very uncomfortable :guilty: :guilty: I hope it gets better soon if it hasn't all ready :wizard: :wizard:

I've had enough that I would think I knew how they felt by now but I guess being pregnant makes it different??
Hmmm.. :confused3 I guess so. I've never had one while pregnant.

I love all your pictures youv'e posted and everytime I see a new pic of your boys they seem to be growing so fast!
Thank you :goodvibes They are growing up fast. Sometimes I think Dante is all ready a teen! He's got the mouth of one. :rotfl:

Glad to hear you learned some stuff in class today now go do your homework
No homework yet. Just studying a bunch of words. Wanna help???? :bitelip:

No questions but I think you did a very good job of explaining how that works.

You will make a very good nurse, I'm sure of it.
Awww thank you :goodvibes

Cally, I was thinking the same thing...I like watching all kids grow up, I've been doing it for years

Kids are an awesome thing, I cherish the newness and curiosity, their honesty...I like good kids. I teach the bad ones to be good kids. I teach the hyper ones to calm down and the sad ones to be happy....
Yes they are! It's sad to see them grow up but rewarding as well. I was hard on my mom and now I look back and think she did an awesome job. I understand now why she did some of the things she did. And whenever things get hard with the boys I always remember my mom and hope one day the boys will feel the same way. :goodvibes

Oh that is a cute pic of the girls with Mickey! When did SOG get it?? How long will it be there? Do any of the other resorts have one?

cally, sounds like you are off and running w/ your class. sounds like you're gonna be a great nurse. sister, sue really likes it.
Thanks :goodvibes It's a good thing we have your sister. I think once I get into my other classes I will have a lot of questions for her. :teeth:

That sounds right. It will be just as hot here. I always miss the "hot" during winter but then as soon as it gets here I get tired of it so fast. :rotfl:

And those electric bills are NOT pretty!! :scared:

ZJO Threadkillers!

I'm going to try to catch up, but I wanted to say hello! It's been a busy week for DH & I. We had work and then Monday we had our monthly dinner out with friends, Tuesday was Bunco for me, Wednesday was Choir Practice, today we have after work plans to go to church - but we may skip it...Friday DMother has some surgery and I've got to work Saturday....it's my Day this month!

Anyway, I tried to get on-line on Monday, but it was slow. I'm thinking of you!

Gonna catch up - if I can!

I think the threadkillers have a design for our cruising shirt!!!

Thanks Stef! and Welcome...

So, Betsy, you makin the 010707 threadkiller cruise shirts for us?

huh huh are ya huh~

 Kiminy, I agree...Great Dentist you have there ;)

I also agree that you *should* pull out your clothes, take inventory...my family packs the night before, I would start packing now.

My reasoning is that *I* bring all the important stuff they forgot...alls they have to pack are some clothes and their toothbrush.

I have til September before our next vacation. So far I'm going to Allentown (Fans Gathering) for the weekend in July and Niagra Falls (Threadkiller gathering) in August.

My shop offers surf lessons,

I think I'll be piggybacking some of those trips to LBI~

don't'cha think? ;) :sunny:

How are things tonight.

Kim is the keeper of the list for the threadkiller exchange, you'll have to check with her. And even if you are not already on the list, I'm sure she'll be glad to add you to it.

:sad2: I don't have a Disney store anywhere near to me :sad2:
