Every morning, are you nuts

Once a week and only with a pick...I was having a fuzzy day that day, which is usually caused by combing it... & humidity...but that was taken in November, so I know it wasn't humid out

Morning everyone.

It's kind of a gray, dreary day here with little spots of sunshine coming through every now and again. It's supposed to rain again.

April showers Bring May flowers Or so that saying goes

Yikes 3 weeks from today I will be on my way to Florida It's coming really fast now.

I think I will be into kitchen demolition and pack up mode today. Better get busy on that job.

Kelly - Ok hemorrhoids and thongs are two things I never thought I would see together in the same sentence.

Cally - Well I can sleep better knowing that you clean up after yourself if needed lol. Glad to hear you had some fun on the lake yesterday, but am I the only one that found the statement "caught 2 big crappy" quite hilarious?

Ann - Congrats on the DGD. I've still got awhile before I feel any kicks here but cant wait!

Robin - It sounds like you had a really good time last night! I did the same thing with a pair of my tennis shoes. I love New Balance so I've got quite a few pairs but they all have different colored trim on them. Thankfully no one noticed.. or at least didn't say anything to me. Hmm might be thinking of a new style after seeing your nieces hairdo . Your trip sounds like it will be a lot of fun!

SWHNN - Congrats on your DD's win!

tiggerwannabe - Oh wow you have a head full of hair! Its beautiful. I love red hair, mom's a natural redhead but I didn't luck out with it.

As for me, I'm headed out to go do a baby registery. I thought it was a little to early to be doing but everyone in my family is hounding me about it so might as well. Fun fun! Hope everyone is having a great day!

Hi Cally, you kindof figure out what you like in nursing school and then work in that field, and if you change your mind you can usually switch departments if there is an opening. I started off in Surgical/Oncology before I went to OB/GYN.

I woke up this morning and my eye ball hurt! It's better now, but still a little tender! I felt like I was one giant eye ball and nothing else all day! Some Advil and a 2.5 hour nap did the trick!

Robin - I liked the pics of your family. I say - if you want to - get your hair done by your neice. You can always grow it back out and change the color! However, I'm a chicken....

TW - Way cool to see your hair down! I can imagine it's tough to comb! As you know - my hair is so short I only comb once a day!

SWHNN - Glad Terri won. TN told me this morning! I'm sorry I missed it, but it was good to spend some time with DH.

ImaDH - Enjoy the baby registry. When DD was here we spent some REAL quality time in Babies r us. When she was pregnant with the first grandbaby, I flew to Texas (where she was) and we spent 5 hours in a babies r us! Holy Cow we were tired afterwards!

I save my pics in 3 places...

Lately instead of making a cd I upload them into my photobucket, save them on my computer and back them on on a portable hard drive. My burner is up in my son's room now, this pc doesn't have one.

It's a little cool but sunny here. We changed the clocks ahead so I'm already headed into the shower to go to work...

For some reason my guppies are dying on me all of a sudden. I've had maybe 12- 15 of them die literally between yesterday and today

I took a water sample to the pet store and they said it wasn't really bad that something (I forget what) was a little bit high. She suggested that I do a half water change and see if that helps.

I know I would like to get rid of the fish tank but I really don't want all the fish to die at one time

Ann - Hmm since Im still a newbie here what does ZJO stand for? Sounds like you were having some sinus pressure, I get that feeling in my eyes from time to time during spring.Glad to hear your feeling better though.

Well after spending 3 hours registering yesterday I've already changed my mind about half the stuff I registered for . Thank goodness I still have plenty of time to change it. I just went a little over board and didn't realize just how expensive this stuff really is! As for my crib it looks like I'm going to have to change it as well, hubby says its just too expensive . What can I say I have expensive taste lol It's our first child I want to go all out. In the end I'm sure I'll look back and see its really not that big of a deal... right?

Ima- sounds like you were busy registering. There is soo much stuff out there for babies these days. A friend of mine just had a baby girl so Cora and I went shopping for her the other day. Cora loves baby shopping, we might have gone overboard just a little, especially since I will have to mail it all to her. Enjoy everyday and every little thing about being pregnant, time will fly by so fast and then bang....you got a baby to come home with you. Hope all is well with both you and the baby.

Robin- Your brother sounds like my brother. He is always full of foolishness and setting the kids up to stuff and getting them in trouble. Nothing serious, thank goodness. He has always been the life of a party. He's got 4 younger sisters to put up with, so I guess it's a good thing he has a sense of humor.
Oh, I say take a chance on getting your hair done by your neice, just don't let her do any piercings or your make up.

I have just a quick story to tell you guys. Today, Cora went to a b-day party. I had rsvp'd last week. I wasn't really in the mood to go today, I have so much I should get done around the house, but the kids had TKD today so I figured I'd go but leave early. I'm glad I went. The little girl gave out 20 invites, 3 rsvp'd but only 2 showed up. That included Cora. Many times people don't call, but they'll show up, no one did. I felt so bad for this little girl. She took it like a trooper though. Just though I'd mention it as I know how upset my dd would have been if it had been her party.

Mine are still dying I hope I don't lose them all but then I can get rid of the tank

I've never had trouble with this tank before. I would lose an odd fish every now and again but nothing major.

I DID buy two new guppies from the pet store a week or so ago. Maybe that is the cause of my problems although the pet store says their tank has been fine. One of the two that I bought has died but the other one looks like the healthiest fish in the tank

Wendy nice to see you here again. Did you hear about the Threadkiller meet this summer in Niagara Falls (Canadian side) Maybe you could think about coming

A 17 day cruise, you'll have to fill us in on all of the details, we'd love to hear about it.
