The boss and my nephew have been butting heads since november... it was bound to happen, only a matter of when

My neph was trying to hang on until the skatepark opened, he's an avid skateboarder. He might come back when we expand if those two can manage to stay in a room together without fighting...it's ok, he earned some good money for a while and can go back to his 16 yo world for a while.

Just a quick hello... want to let everyone know I'm doing much better! I will catch up laters once the family settles down... right nows kids are hyper


I cut my hair very very short!! It's right at my shoulders now... it use to be down to my butt But I like it.. Hubby says it's nice.. but he has to say it's nice

I also finally registered for school...

Hey Robin, guess what I'm gonna be... A NURSE...

Actually it's only an LPN program that I decided to do... I was going to go into RN program (which was at a different school) but it cost too much and right now my financial aid is all screwed up and I don't want to apply for any student loans. Also I didn't want to have to drive 45mins away everyday to go to an hour class...(yes I'm lazy).

So for right now I'm going to do the LPN program and maybe once I get that I'll do the LPN to RN...then maybe eventually RN to BSN...

Normally it takes 15months to complete the degree program but since I have all my core classes and some of the other classes out of the way it should take me about 10months to be done! Keep your fingers crossed!!

My first class starts April 3 and it is Medical Terminology!

I do have my associates degree all ready and I just think it's messed up that I would have to get another associates to get my RN liscense..meaning I would have gone to school for 4yrs and I could of had a BA....

Oh well.. I'm happy and ready to start school.....

First went to Disney with older sis and two nephews 10yo (twins) last week for 2 days. Had a good time. It is different when you go with kids vs just the sisters. Anyways next week off to Disney with all!!! (Both sisters, sisters kids and my one DS) its a one day trip. But this will be my third trip this month. DH doesn't get it!!

Ok drum roll please......I AM GOING ON THE TKER CRUISE!!! With older sister. We have a deposit down for a Cat 6 with a veranda first seating for meals!!

Cally, it's spring planting time in GA...what are we gonna add to the yard this year?

Yep it is!!!

Hubby has all ready sprinkled the weed and feed on the grass.. Hopefully we'll have a nice green backyard this year!

As for the garden area... We're gonna add fresh mulch and flowers around the bushes.. Not sure what kind yet though...

Remember last year I had those flowers and you told me to pull off the dead heads and replant them? Are they suppose to be coming back soon? I'm sorry I'm still learning..

I think I'm also gonna clear an area out in the backyard for just a bunch of different flowers.. that will look nice..

I planted the irises in the backyard and I need to pull a few weeds that have grown around them.... but that's pretty much it..

We have no real plans for tonight, I got alotta laundry to do...

Ewww I just finished a bunch of laundry.. it's waiting to be folded..

Kim's still on the fence like me because of her family trip. Hopefully she's still thinking about coming with...there's room in those cabins for one more.

6080 is definitely up front, we stayed in 6610 last trip. I'm cruious about that tho, I've been told you can feel the movement of the ship more up front than in the back...anyone stay near the bow before?

Cally... hope you are feeling better! It's hard when it deals with family! (Especially when DH is in the middle) Not saying you put him there, men don't realize how much we need them for emotional support at times!

I saw a couple of robins today. Does that mean spring is here finally

I did my marathon grocery shopping this morning, and I had to grab lunch and sit for a bit, so here I am.

I hope so!!! I'm so ready for spring...

I'm tired of this weather getting cold.. hot.. cold.. hot...

I've been putting off grocery shopping but I got to do it sooner or later! I should start buying in bulk so it will last longer.

They are building a Costco nearby and I can't wait to check it out.

Sunny - I think you had some real insights on PC's "E". I didn't write anything down - but you're having the issues with your son in school...right? My DSIL home schools her kids and they love it, but I worry about the amount of socializing they have away from their parents (which is none). There are good and bad sides to everything!

Well, I've been busy at work and sick at home....I'm currently trying to catch up on the laundry, so it pains me to say this....but I gotta run!
