Aw, U, don't be sad about it.

Just think about the end results.

Are your teeth really crooked? I'm sure you will be very handsome when they come off. You will have teeth just like this guys ~~~> :teeth:

I'm sitting here watching Price Is Right and I don't understand how they can offer a Cadillac worth over $37000 to one person and a bed worth under $5000 to the next :confused3

Hey Liz was watching the Price Is Right this morning too while she was having her lunch. ;)

Cally it was Rick not Alex that went to Colorado and I'm not sure if he was able to take time to see much of anything. He will be home tonight about 6 ish or so. I'll hear all about it then. :listen:

I've tired myself out cleaning behind the old appliances in preparation for the new ones coming tomorrow morning. I was out in the garage cleaning behind the freezer. I don't think that thing has moved in 20 years :scared:

I just got a call from the second kitchen guy, so I think I'll have a shower and go out and see what he has figured out for me. :smooth:

Hmm..just how short are you? :scratchin I always thought I was short... but I'm not going on the cruise so I don't count

I'm sorry.. :worried: I didn't even see this post! Not until Robin quoted u...

I'm 5 ft exact! My DH always teases me, but I make him feel so much taller! He's average height! Here's something weird, I dated guys 6 ft tall, I wouldn't date short guys
:scared:

**Disclaimer**Sorry if I offend anyone, just some dumb teenage thing! If I wasn't married and I was still looking, first thing I would find in a man is.....

money! Just kiddin'!

Oh that's ok.. I kind of figured it out when I went back and reread it... You said half of 10 ft.. well that's not that bad.. I'm only 5'1" :lmao: I think the good thing about being short is everyone still thinks you're young :rotfl:

Can't wait to watch the men on Idol tonight! I think the girls were boring lastnight!!!

Well Cally & Kelly, I'm in between you both. I'm 5'3/4". For YEARS I've just said 5'. It's easier to 'lie' about being shorter, than it is to say "5'1" and someone says "prove it".

Cally, at my age, being short has not tricked anyone into thinking that I'm younger! :confused3

I did think you were taller tho, from your pics. :scratchin

Robin, did Rick make it home ok?

Dryer is buzzing and I didn't do laundry tonight. The 'launderer' is fast asleep so I better fold his clothes for him. :rolleyes2 Kids.

Goodmorning all

Just caught up and now I'm off to work for the next couple of days :moped:

Cally :cheer2: :cheer2: on the bachelor!! Glad he made the right choice.

U - congrats on the braces. The follow up visits aren't bad.

Ann can't wait to be with Mickey this weekend!!

Robin keep us posted on the kitchen.

Betsy sounds like the movies was fun!!!

Kim, L. Thorton and Cally, Don't stand next to me....5'9" some say 10" without shoes!! :lmao:

Chat later :grouphug:

Morning TKers!

We're just starting to get freezing rain here...it's gonna be an ugly day :rain: :cold:

KIM!!! Your box was dropped off on Feb 22nd! -Do you have a back porch cause that's where UPS said they left it :confused3

Susan and Ann can attest to my height, taller than Miss Ann yet a little shorter than Miss Susan. I'm 5'7.

For those who haven't been there in a while...the Allentown PA DISmeet I am helping to organize is in full swing! The website has been updated to show some of this years' special guests...check it out :teeth:

Good morning.

Colleen, we already have/had the freezing rain. All of the school buses have been cancelled for today but the schools are still open for those who can get there.

I checked and there is a thin layer of ice on my car. I picked a bad time not to park in the garage :scratchin

Liz had to go to Wallaceburg (1/2 hour drive) for her hospital clinical this morning. She got a ride there with one of her fellow students. I hope he is a careful driver

Alex has to go to Ottawa later today. He is trying to get a paramedic job there for when he graduates and has to go write a test. He has testing for a job in the Toronto area on Monday, so he will stay the weekend with his girlfriend in Ottawa and then go to Toronto on Monday and then on home after his test. He's quite the roadrunner these days :moped:

Kim, Rick made it home fine. He said the weather in Denver on Tuesday was 72º. Lucky him. He was exhausted though and said he felt like he spent the whole 2 days in airports :(

Morning Cally

Hi Susan. I got the second set of plans for the kitchen yesterday and I think I like this guys layout just a little bit better. Still don't like the price though ;) I might find myself in the kitchen demolition business :smooth:

Well, got a few appliances coming today.. stove, over the stove microwave (keeping that until we do the new kitchen), upright freezer and a fridge for the garage. So I guess I should go and get dressed. Also payday today, so off to work I will have to go :cool1:

Bye for now...................

Don't ya love it! I did get offended when a couple of years ago (my hairline hadn't started receding yet) I had my hair back in a ponytail! My son left his lunchbox home and I had to take it to him. He was in 5th grade. Since I am always mistaken for being a staff member (I'm there way too much) the secretary told me just to take it to his room.

I got stopped by a substitute teacher and was asked where my hall pass was! Now come on..... :crazy2: Don't say I look 11!

Oh yeah! I married a poor one, hee hee! DH always says I definately didn't marry him for his money! We surely didn't start out with much, but he is a great provider and has worked hard for what we have!

P. S. Sending a good luck wish for Rick on his job testing pixiedust:
